Great spot. Great value. One of the few gated places to stay. Felt very secure. Minutes walk from Gondola, Casinos, beach and plenty of food- shopping.

Spa tub deep. Had trouble getting in and out of it. Bed was against the wall so hard for second person to get out.

Location was great. Small kitchen helped. I used the pool and spa. Plenty of parking during our stay.

We came during the summer and the heat on the upper floor seeped through some rooms that weren’t provided with portable AC. Although the booking says AC provided, it was not specified as to how it would be distributed, and that some rooms did not have AC unit. Other than that everything was wonderful, some amenities could use a little touch up and repair such as the billiards/dart board, but everything was running and well, and staff were very responsive to needs.

Great customer service, friendly staff. Very accommodating when it comes to unpredicted complaints. Very spacious, activities included within some units (varies upon each unit). Comfortable restrooms with bathtub/jaccuzi (depending on units). Loved the beds!! Very comfortable and soft bed sheets and pillows !!!! Yes yes yes Heated pool with outside spa. Very quiet and peaceful environment, great for families on vacation.

no A/C but it was not needed since the evenings are perfect for having your windows open. Screens on the windows would have been nice. The booking was confusing and it was hard to understand exactly what we were booking.

Sometimes, my neighbor (next guess) they were cooking, and the whole smoke of the food smelled in my room, uumm?? The room was very very small for the all furniture inside the room.

The property area is very accessible to hiking, beach, nightlife, etc.

The room was very nice and included a small little back area to sit in private if desired as well as seats in front of the room. A huge plus for us was the gated parking to provide even more sense of security. The location was the absolute best! Walking distance to shops and weekend entertainment, plus a nice 10 minute walk to a private beach section of the lake. What really was the best was the service, the on-site person is a great bonus, but the manager of the property checking in about halfway through our time there making sure everything was still going well or what they could do to make it better was really great and made us feel like we were appreciated. The place was in a quiet section as well so it was nice to come back after walking all day and just relax. Definitely will come back and stay here!

Be respectful of noise, some noisy guests were walking at late night and woke me up. Most buildings in South Lake Tahoe are prone to be noisy, so let’s be respectful and minimize it!

My son and I visited Lake Tahoe for the first time and were happy to find the Gondola Lounge in our search for a lodge that provided everything we were looking for. Upon our arrival we were so happy to see how beautiful the rooms were and very clean. Our bed was so comfortable and the fireplace and jetted tub were some of the awesome features the room had. We enjoyed how close it was to the village so that we could walk to many places and avoided the xtra parking fees. There was also on site washer and dryers and I was able to wash all of our clothes from the trip before leaving so that I could avoid the xtra chores when we arrived home. We loved the lodge so much that we will stay here again.
