I didn't like that the sliding door had to be lifted up to open or close it. The fact the front door handle fell off I told front desk but never got fully fixed. But all in all a great stay. Will be goin back

We actually required an ADA room and needed it to be on the parking level, not the ground floor, we had a person that was limited with amount of stairs and walking ability so, that was a miss on our part as well as the hotels part. The rooms were close and on the same floor but at different ends of the hallway.

Room was nicely appointed, the second room was on the same floor, but at the other end of the hall. The part of our party that used the pool and hot tub said it was great. The breakfast food choices were great, they were enjoyed by all.

The rooms are old and lots of things didn't work or worked VERY slowly. We had to ask for help several times with our door lock (heard other guests needing help with the locks too), our toilet was constantly clogged, the television didn't want to work all the time, the coffee pot and frig were very tired.... The morning staff lady (she was on duty all five days we were there) was a tad prickly. She got a little nicer as the week continued; if we needed help, we waited till the afternoon people arrived.

The breakfast was very good. The afternoon and evening staff were very helpful; when asked for help, they came immediately to assist. Location to the beach and the area was very good.

This should not be a "Plus" Best Western. The property in run down in need of refurbishment and repairs. Shabby is a good word for both interior and exterior. Patches on walls in the room didn't match the room color which should have been repainted long ago. Stairs are worn and weathered as is the exterior. The room is sparsely decorated--more Motel 6 than Best Western. For the price we paid, we expected so much more. My wife looked at me when we walked in the room and said, "really?"

The location is very good, sitting near a beautiful beach. The breakfast was above average for a Best Western hotel. There is easy access off of Hwy 101. Our King room was larger than average.

Out dated . But it was comfortable. Booking.com was terrible to work with, had an insurance claim, but you have to jump through hoops to get it, even if it’s simple. I would suggest not to buy it.

People were awesome. To get the ocean view book the 3rd floor.

I didn't like the musty smell in the room, the water switch for the shower, the toiletries for one person, a lot needs updating, and also at 4am, the neighbors upstairs started moving the furniture, or it was cleaning... but it was noisy, but it didn't let me sleep.

We liked the location, breakfast, large room, ocean view, everything you need in the room.

bathroom lots of mold and loose tile! and we couldn't use the hot tub because of all the kids in it! witch is frustrating 😒

the staff was helpful and friendly! the breakfast was great we were surprised by the nice options 😀 Our room was in a great location. Nice view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable. The room wasn't too bad. It was clean, but the bathroom was less to be desired. The hot water wasn't that great, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. There was black mold covered up by paint that was seeping through And the heater in the room did not work. My pet peeve is the indoor hot tub and pool. I know it's a family space, but I do believe children. Small children do not belong in the hot tubparent dont controlor survise there kids!. They overcrowd everything and it doesn't allow for the adults that need to use it, use it, and some people were kind of rude and made it hard for us to use itfor most of our stay !. Being inappropriate in the hot tub so there is a downfall with not staying at a hotel that has a spa with a littlemore upscalein that dept.. Everything is more private, but all in all I give it 7 out of 10 stars.

The facilities and room were wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and dining area clean. Did not have a chance to try the pool, but our room did have a spa tub that was amazing. Bed was a little hard and pillows insanely soft, but that was our only complaint.

The fact that the upstairs guests above us were loud and moving around, jumping and running for most of the first night we were there. We got little to no sleep. Called front. Desk and complained 3 different times, nothing was done about it and the noise continued thru the night.

Gal at the front desk was very sweet and very accommodating when we asked for additional blankets and towels. I dont remember her name but I do know she is newly engaged.
