Absolutely amazing place in the heart of Yosemite. We were a group of 6 and the accommodation could easily fit much larger groups as it's very spacious. The living room offers beautiful views and good entertainment options. We've also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the terraces looked also great but we've not used them as it was winter time. Communication was smooth and in full detail, would definitely recommend on all fronts!

Our group of 8 was very comfortable as the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a very spacious living room, beautiful decks to enjoy. The views are beautiful and breathtaking at sunset. Very well equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill.

The quality of the bedding is really poor and doesn't quite match the standard of the house.

The house is stunning, with a very pleasant interior space and beautiful open areas. The two terraces are fantastic for outdoor dining and enjoying the sunset. It's great to have a barbecue available!

Stairway to enter is very difficult and dangerous. Property needs care. Windows were dirty. Outside had not been cleaned. Some chairs had stuffing falling out underneath.

Quiet home located in the middle of nature in the Yosemite park. The pictures on Booking.com did not do justice to the property. It is way better than the pictures. This was our favourite location on our trip.

Absolutely gorgeous property. The views from nearly every single room are incredible and accessibility to Badger Pass and the Yosemite valley are great. Will definitely look to visit again. Watching the sunset and sunrise was a real treat and the night sky was breathtaking. There was a picnic table on the large patio even during the winter which was usable if desired. Only comment is to be very cognizant of the stairs required to enter, particularly if visiting in the winter time. There are two sets of stairs to climb to get to the very top where the access code is for entry. Each set was approx 25 stairs. Also when there is snow, there’s a need to park further down the very steep driveway, so that too needs to be maneuvered. In the early am, the driveway was very icy and resulted in several falls as it’s not salted. Again, if you’re mindful of this, it’s manageable but not if you have difficulty with mobility. I would imagine during warmer months this is not an issue as parking higher up the drive would be possible and help avoid some of this. Also, there are 4 bedrooms. Some descriptions said 3.

Dishwasher needs service or replacement. Snow shovel is broken. Some minor cleaning issues. Long hike up the steps to the entrance.

The home and the view are beautiful and the location is perfect for visiting Mariposa Grove and Yosemite Valley.

Insufficiently supplied with basic staples (very few dishwasher pods, paper towels, trash bags), and few supplies provided were of poor quality (single ply toilet paper and very thin/cheap paper towels). Unclear from instructions where trash was supposed to be left (in bear-proof box in driveway? or taken offsite to Scenic Wonders Office? Scenic Wonders had no available bins). No instructions on where to leave recycling. A few dirty dishes left in kitchen cupboard. Biggest problem: communications with Booking.com/Vacasa customer service team via portal was unsatisfactory. The customer service reps evidently had no access to any information other than what was listed in the publicly available listing, and were unable to provide any additional details or handle any requests, and provided incorrect info (example: that check-in details would be sent one week before arrival, rather than 24 hours before in reality). It proved impossible to locate anybody who had specific knowledge of the property or could contact the property management team on the ground. Finally took calling and waiting on hold for 45min to talk to a real-life customer service rep to address issues of cleanliness and underequipped kitchen raised by previous guests.

Pros: Beautiful space with gorgeous views. Well cleaned upon arrival -- Vacasa team was responsive once cleanliness issue was raised with customer service team a few days before arrival. Internet actually works well enough to stream movies (better than what property description said). Kitchen quite well equipped. Laundry works well.

The home needs some TLC. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom are missing some slats. The toilet seat in the master bath needs attention; it slides around when you sit down. While there is a beautiful view, the sliding glass doors leading to the decks were covered with fingerprints and grime, detracting from the North and South views. The screen didn't work properly on one of the doors. It would get stuck. The knobs on the gas stove in the kitchen had been removed and were not properly aligned. There was a strong smell of gas when we used the oven. The kitchen could use a large pot for cooking pasta and a full sized colander, since the house accommodates large groups.

It's great being inside the National Park with no waiting at the entrance each day. The view from the home is awesome. There were plenty of sheets, blankets and bathroom washcloths and towels.

The Villa is spacious, well maintained, beautifully furnished and has amazing views. Had a kitchen with full equipments. A deck with seats and grill. 30 minutes drive to the valley. The staff who arranged the booking and place were helpful and responsive. We really LOVED it
