Had to pay for the mini golf etc which I thought was included.

Large resort with good facilities (pool and warerpark). Our villa had everything you could need including washing machine and dryer and a courtesy sponge and dishwashing liquid to start us off.

Our room wasn't ready so we were given a different one. It was ok but outdated. Also a couple of lights didn't work and 2 of the toilets weren't flushing without multiple tries. Also the glass on tables was not wiped. This was our 4th time staying and this room was our least favorite.

The location and amenities were wonderful! We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it.

My room was very out dated big. But very old furniture and decor, the entrance of the door was rusted and paint chipped everywhere looked horrible it was in the corner and there was another door next to it that was worse and for the amount of money I spent I could have found something better. There was a smell in the kitchen where they forgot to remove the previous guest garbage which we realized it a few days in. I also left my speaker at the water park and we left right when they closed came back the very next morning and it was gone NO One turned it in lost and found so someone kept it. My experience was 50/50 I’m usually not the picky type but I did spend a lot of money and was not as fancy as I expected. Will not return! One and done!

Waterpark staff, not nice. Except for Joe, brought us water. Cabana no fridge. Very tight area. No food or drinks from outside and food line was 45 min. Even Cabana line. Had to pay extra for.

Room was okay. Liked 3 bathrooms. Very big and spacious. had good room amenities. Loved porch!

It was a very nice and spacious house/appartment, although we had some plumbing and fire alarm issues. The pool was also nice, but the kids area was closed.

Dated and in need of a refurb. The sofa was broken and collapsed if more than one person sat on it. Ice machine in fridge was also broken. Mini Golf was expensive for what was a very basic course.

Good sized apartment with all the amenities you need. Great resort staff. Good golf courses and great golf experience. Reunion shuttle was handy and the app you used to request a ride. Water Park was great. Very comfortable bed.

The apartment was easy to find, the lock worked, it was clean and tidy and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. A nice balcony with pleasant views and good furniture. The place was in very good condition.

The air conditioning was not the most efficient and I wish the kitchen had been stocked better for ease of meal preparation. We rented bikes but there really weren't any good places to ride them.

The Villa was very attractive with plenty of space for the 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable and the TVs and appliances very good. The kids in the group loved the pools and all the water activities.

The only 2 reasons I booked this stay was for the amenities of lazy river and jaccuzi. Both were out of order while I was there. Lazy river was freezing cold. Only kids could enjoy that. The Jacuzzis were taped off saying clised for maintenance until further notice. I was very disappointed!! But my room and veiws were spot on. I absolutely loved the hotel and my room. Very clean and a step above what I was expecting! I certainly will be back. Hope lazy river is warm and Jacuzzis are working. Beautiful landscaping and beautiful community!

Check in was easy and staff were friendly and accoimidating.

The only con might be that it looks maybe slightly dated, but it didn’t bother me as we had a wonderful time. Everyone we met that worked there was very friendly and helpful . It’s a perfect location for us and had lots to do for our teenage children. We’ll be back!

When I booked the place the pictures made it look like it was in the main hotel building. It wasn't it was about a mile away, out in the wider complex. There was a complimentary shuttle service but I meant that after a day of sight seeing we were tired and and didn't really wasn't the hassle of organising the shuttle. We went for dinner in the main building on two nights, on one of those nights the power went down just after our drinks and which meant that the card machines wouldn't work. The place is cashless and they said they couldn't even accept cash in those circumstances so we had to get the shuttle back to the condo / villa (though they did comp the first drink because they had no way of accepting payment which was a nice gesture). We were on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken which was a pain in the butt for getting our bags down the stairs. The room wasn't cleaned for our entire stay but people were coming into it while we were out to change the phones and other things. I later found out that room cleaning needs to be ordered and incurred an additional fee. Parking was $167 dollars for the week and standard check out is 10.00am, though they did allow us late check out on request at 12.00.

The pool area that's called the water park was nice. The apartment was quite nice if a little dated. The tapas bar on the roof was nice and you can see the fireworks at Disney from the roof.

We had a late checkout time approved because of a hurricane. Yet we were locked out of the room earlier than that approved checkout time.

We came following pictures and description of a villa Apparently villa in Reunion is an apartment… It’s a good apartment but not what was promised To call the front seat is a challenge, no answer We had a leakage from the air conditioning that we tried to call to the front desk, at the ends we had to drive there (it’s a big complex) Water park was closed for maintenance, they gave an alternative option in a different location, but again, you need to drive some distance to reach it. In the picture and description it really looks amazing, the actual is good, but not as described..

Pricey and the pool did not have basic food for kids. Nuggets and fries. Then we had to walk far to the water park when I booked a room that says waterpark. Checkout at 10am is too early needs 11am for the price.

Great value for money, comfortable and luxurious villa with everything you needed. Enough space for family, and adequate bathrooms. Great secure location with plenty of eateries on the doorstep.

First week - They moved us to a place where the AC was extremely noisy, and the overall ambiance and rooms felt very old. The quality definitely didn’t reflect the hotel standards. However, after a week, there was a gas issue in the building, and they relocated us to a place next to the golf course, with amazing amenities and an overall wonderful experience. Honestly, the entire stay should have been as good as the second week of the holiday.

Responsive Service: Despite the initial issues, the hotel staff responded well to the situation by moving us to a much better location, ensuring our stay ended on a high note. Fantastic Amenities: We enjoyed top-notch amenities that truly enhanced our experience, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
