We had to move rooms due to loud noise coming from next door building which wakes you very early in the morning. Hopefully it can be resolved. Hotel did a aplogise with a nice gesture of wine and macaroons. The reception area is a bit dark in day time.

A beautiful hotel in am excellent location. I loved the light breakfast every morning but they can improve the coffee offer.

Very small room, breakfast is a joke (you can choose one drink like tea or coffee or juice) plus one item like croissant or cheese and egg sandwich. So for American and any standards its not real breakfast. View was to brick wall (somehow expected it but was on 9th floor).

The room was on a smaller side and facing a street, which for us, light sleepers, was not ideal. The mattress was OK (7/10), but not the best for my bad back.

The staff was super helpful and very pleasant to interact with. The room was clean.

The room was quite small and there was no room to open - close our baggage. For a single person it would be ok but for a family after a while it becomes very annoying to try and get clothes out of the suitcases.

More wardrobe/drawer space would have been good! Breakfast options not great for gluten free - only option was oats but I am also oat intolerant. A fruit alternative would have been appreciated. Water pressure in the shower wasn't very good.

Very clean and comfortable room. Quiet at night time. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Provided a kettle and mini-fridge for the room on request. Great location with easy access to all parts of the city. Multiple subway stops nearby.

- rooms are quite small - furniture needs a little update - shower pressure a bit low but otherwise fine - wasn’t too loud except for 2 nights when fans from the neighboring building made a lot of noise - there was no real breakfast included, only a black coffee and a croissant to Горна Оряховица , was expecting normal breakfast and this was the reason to chose this hotel over another one close by 30% cheaper, very disappointing

The rooms were really small. We had a family of 4 and booked 1 bed with 2 rooms. I would recommend asking before you book.

A bit small room, no place to put your items. Breakfast was a missunderstanding, one coffee and one sandwidch, that is all :) Considering the price, could be better.

The place is great, location perfect. Staff is friendly, clean rooms, quite. Recommended for families, just breakfast is very poor.
