Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFurniture was very worn. Bed side lamp didn't work. Rust stains in bathtub. The furnace smelled like something was definitely burning so turned it off immediately. Toilet leaking at base.
Front desk personnel was great. I really liked that you're prices were so reasonable for the food, didn't have to leave to eat. Pet friendly Lobby clean and welcoming Room clean but.......

United StatesI requested a one hour early check in because of my schedule, but you could not accommodate it. On the app it said something went wrong, but it was not specific to say you will not be able to check in early. Also there were a lot of Hispanic men lottering in the hallways.

United StatesNo hot water. I had to call and call and call requesting hot water. I got very sick with a migraine on day 2 and desperately needed a hot shower and I was told they were “starting the boiler” and I called and messages over and over. No hot water ever came. I literally had to boil water over a 30 minute period just so I could wash myself off. I also discovered over 10 individual prescription pills under the bed. I was able to collect some and showed the front desk worker but there were others I could not reach . I googled them : high blood pressure as well as Teamadol. I’m thankful my grandbaby didn’t come with us- he would have found them and been rushed to the hospital for sure. There was uncooked rice here and there on the floor as well. And I let the front desk know that the comforter smelled strongly of body odor. My daughter actually went to Target and bought us blankets.
It was close to where we needed to be. The staff was wonderful.

United StatesMy bed was against the elevator shaft. So all night long every 10 minutes I could hear the cables banging loudly. I got 2 hours of sleep before it started up. Left the property at 6 am. Pissed off. Supposed to get a credit. But none has posted.

United StatesThe elevator was right next to my room and was super loud. People tried to break into my room at 130 am. At 430 the cops came and pounded on several people's doors for questioning. Doors were slamming all night long.

United StatesOn Friday night when I came back to the hotel, a group of several motorcycles had parked in all of the disability parking spaces. I had to park quite away from the doors of your hotel. This was quite inconvenient and difficult for me with my disability however, not as difficult as it might’ve been for someone else with a worse disability. Then I when I spoke to your desk staff they did apologize. It said they had no way to contact the guests utilizing those parking spaces as they didn’t have their vehicle license numbers what is the purpose of having those spaces on your registration form if you’re not going to utilize them. I thought later about contacting the Georgetown police department and having those motorcycle vehicles cited as it is illegal for them to be parking in disability parking spaces. I will have to consider whether I will stay at your hotel again under the circumstances.
