One night there was an incident with other motel guests; yelling, screaming, banging… for like 15-20 minutes. It was a domestic violence situation. Someone in our party eventually called the police in the middle of the night. Not blaming the motel for this at all… except there was no reaction or response by the motel management, during or after the incident. The whole motel was awakened by this incident, but management was no where to be seen. They live on the property. 🤷‍♂️

Free parking. The couple in the office was accommodating and worked with us to rectify a booking mistake on their part. In the end, it worked out.

It didn't bother us much but the motel is present very close to the highway, hence may get noisy with traffic on some days.

1) The accessibility to the freeway and public transport. 2) We booked the hotel just for one night, to attend the new year's eve in San Francisco, hence it was more about accessibility and a comfortable basic place for us.

Far from downtown but okay with public transportation (20-30 min). The motel office is sometimes unattented so we had to ring a couple of times before getting answered. We could hear the steps of the people in the room on top of ours.

Good neighborhood. Not too expensive. Clean bathroom and nice shower, good size. 7-eleven really close (2 min walk). The room felt safe for 2 women. Friendly and helpful staff.

The heating system was challenging to use, in that the built in thermostat did not work. We just had to turn it on until it got to hot, then off, then on again later, etc.

I arrived at the hotel at around 10 o'clock in the evening. I rang the doorbell many times but no one answered. I called several times and no one answered. Finally, a woman came to open the door and I heard her FaceTime with her family! Also, in the morning when I was drying off after taking a shower, the staff opened my room door without knocking!OMG!

Front desk is not super friendly, but available and efficient. More pillows on the bed would be nice. A/C is OK but not great, but you only need it a month or two in SF.

This motel is in a nice neighborhood near Golden Gate Park where there are few motels. It is small and a little out dated, but clean and comfortable enough for a couple of nights.

Bed was not comfortable as in hotel and the comforter was like a little blanket. This wasn't a hotel so I wasn't upset. And there were no breakfast.

It’s a bit noisy as there is a fire station around the corner and a lot of traffic, however this would not stop me from staying there again.

Property is clean and comfortable, staff is very friendly. It’s located close to Presidio and Golden Gate Park. Other attractions can be easily reached via public transit (Bus lines 28 and 38). Free parking is available.

Shower leaked, table in room had the top almost falling off and chairs very stained.

Fair for the price - room large enough and bed comfortable. Cleaner lovely and efficient - good size fridge which was useful - enjoyed the pastries provided in the office.

The door appeared to have been broken into at one point so there was no swing-lock option. The room shakes when the traffic goes by and the walls must be paper thin because we could hear every noise outside.

The bathroom was clean with new toilet, sink and shower. The room did not smell bad and the sheets and towels were clean. The location is close to where we needed to be the next morning.
