United StatesPerhaps you should limit the amount of day passes provided for the pool area as this really limits the experience for hotel guests already paying a hefty price tag. The food choices in every restaurant are very limited and the quality at Growlers and Shallow End is pretty mediocre. Definitely room for improvement.
It has great potential with the pool area and the variety of options for dining. Taio is absolutely delicious with a friendly staff. The hotel staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

We of course, like many, wanted to take advantage of the resorts waterpark and they did not disappoint! 4 hours later, our little one slept very soundly after so much water fun!

United StatesI am extremely disappointed in my recent stay at Gaylord Pacific and am requesting you address these issues directly. After waiting over 30 minutes to check in (while wearing a knee brace), I was assigned a room with holes in the wall, no air conditioning, and a broken phone. Maintenance later confirmed this room was out of service and should never have been given to a guest. It took over 90 minutes before I was relocated. The pool experience was equally frustrating. Sunny’s was described as an adults-only area with a bar, jacuzzi, and umbrellas. In reality, it was crowded with children, the jacuzzi was full, there was no poolside service, and my umbrella was taken while I was at lunch. Staff allowed guests to move umbrellas—even from clearly occupied chairs. More concerning, children were running and jumping into the shallow jacuzzi, creating a serious safety hazard that appeared to go entirely unmonitored. For the premium rate I paid, this level of service, safety oversight, and guest experience is unacceptable. I expect a prompt response and an appropriate adjustment to my bill to reflect the inconvenience and substandard conditions. The pool was what seal the deal. I was looking for a place to relax, and also a pool to accommodate with my son’s needs. Love the fact there were multiple pools that cater to all ages. Very neat and clean! Will definitely stay here again.

United StatesI had booked the hotel for my handicapped girlfriend. I couldn't be more dissatisfied with a new building having less accessibility. There's minimal handicapped parking. You need to roll your wheelchair through a mile of thick carpet before getting to the lobby. She was already exhausted by then. The room did not have a roll in shower. So when I went to try and find one that did. I was told there aren't any. My girlfriend was calling and crying at this point with the ac on cold and her unable to reach it. The girls at the front desk were trying to do their best. I did ask if I could at least get a better room so she could get a better view. But the man with his kids before us complained about his room not being ready. So they gave him one. The girls had asked the manager if they could do anything for us, and he immediately shut it down. I went back upstairs and packed us up and just told them to check us out. I felt horrible because she kept saying she ruined it for me. The dismissal from the manager is what really got under my skin. We won't be trying to stay here again.

United StatesThe parking garage was horrible!! We paid $45 with the hotel for overnight parking but when we left the kiosk charged us $70. I called and they said that since it is a 3rd party we would have to talk to them or come back to the hotel once the payment goes through to get a refund. We could not get through to the parking place and the hotel is an hour away from us. $115 for parking is ridiculous and they need to get a new parking company. The people we went with also were charged when leaving the parking garage.
The food was expensive but good, the pools and rooms were very clean.
