I was not able to check in in this hotel coz when I get in the area there were people fighting in the area, and you can smell drugs from them and they look dangerous and risky. So I don’t want to put my life in danger.

Everything! It was dirty. The nightstand drawer had to wads of dirty toilet paper in it. The bathroom was disgusting. The beds were horrible! My mattress had a giant dip on one side and a huge bulge on the other. There’s no phone, microwave, or fridge. Had to figure out the cable myself and was hung up on three times by the property. DONT STAY HERE!

if booking dot com ever puts me in a hotel like this agian its disgusting the place looks nothin like the web picture I absolultly didnt like nothing about it liok for another room but most that we rentable had no rooms never agian I have at least a dozen pictures of messed up stuff 1 hanger 2 wash cloth 1 towel 2 hand towels 1/4 roll of tp had to ask for more tp and wash cloths

I didn't like the place period the whole facility should be torn down. There is no remodeling going to save that place. Nothing but a bulldozer should be allowed on those premises.

Nothing there was nothing to like about this place at all. From the smell of urine to the painted bathtubs, no toiletries in the bathroom. Bed seems unsafe to sleep in. It was one of the worst of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in life. Make me don't want to use Booking ever again.

Nothing really the room was old looking smelled a little and they dont let you come into the office you have to stand outside and on the day i cane it was very cold and i had to deal with my a sight problem with my booking due to my sister and my name but yeah they didn't offer me inside and they wouldnt let me use there office phone to call booking. Com to fix the prolem. The area is a know drug spot and alot of homeles people around the area. 👎👎👎

No hot water. We had to take ice cold showers .The staff was rude about it and refused to make any accommodations. We were told to contact the booking agency with any complaints.

I booked a hotel room for my two employees since we were vendors at a large scale music festival. when we arrived, the area was really bad and run down, and beyond sketchy. as we went to check in, the front desk lady said because I didn’t prepay, we wouldn’t be able to check in at 3 (which our confirmation email states) and that we’d have to wait until 4. 4 pm arrives… and she starts yelling that there are three of us but the reservation is for 2 people. i tried to explain to her I was the one paying for the reservation for my two employees and that I wasn’t going to stay with them, I had my own lodgings. she called a supervisor apparently, who told her to CANCEL our reservation. Extremely rude and unprofessional. she had my credit card info on file too. so I immediately got booking.com involved because they refused to let us stay. thankfully booking.com has sane people working at their company and understood what was going on. by the way, the property looks nothing like the photos. I encouraged them to look into the situation because it is legitimately a false advertisement of their property.

The photos were not a true reflection of the motel or rooms. This is possibly the worst motel I've ever stayed at and I have stayed at lots. The staff were terrible. The room had no facilities, was filthy. The beds had plastic sheets on them. Avoid this place like the plague!

The thing that switched the shower and bath wouldn't move but that ended up helping with washing my blisters as it made it so I didn't have to put any pressure on them.

The location was perfect for what I needed.
