Because I chose a smoking room, the lobby staff gave me another room, and I paid an extra $23. However, the room he gave me had been smoked in again, and the trash can smelled of cigarette smoke.The bathroom and toilet were very old and dirty. The yellow stained bathtub was disgusting. There were roaches in the room. When I called the front desk, the attendant came up with a fly swatter. I asked if they had baits or spray and was advised that they didn't. Requested a different room, no vacancies. Asked about a discount, no discounts. This is the first time I've seen and roaches at this facility.

Whenever I have a layover, I book this motel. It's conveniently located.

I paid over $300.00 for a room with a queen bed and bathroom with dirty floors, stained sheets on the bed, water damage and cracked ceilings above the bed to sleep, no mini refrigerator to keep drinks cool, no TV, loud neighbors, definitely illegal activity going on in other rooms since you can hear everything from the next room through the wall, and the room was unbearable to breathe in the first hour of stay because of the temperature like walking into a sauna of 80 degrees with no ventilation for air.

For the price I paid it was a dump

No one was at the front desk at times. The front desk is protected by a barrier-causing us to wonder why--that felt scary. The front exit door was locked at times; that felt unsafe. We had to use side exits. A sign indicated no visitors (which caused us pause because my brother was about to meet us here to change his clothes and pick us up for an event). Another sign stated that the lobby was not to be used. The room doors are heavy and when other people or staff came and went, we heard a slam and felt the vibration, waking us up repeatedly. There is no room safe. Overall, a somewhat sketchy option.

Location was why we booked this hotel; it was close to an event we were attending.
