I loved the location and people, there wasn't enough electric outlets for 2 people to get ready at the same time, room was smaller than a room at a different hotel the day before, which had far more extras. It wasn't horrible, just a little disappointed after staying a better hotel for less money the day before.

I had to be moved to another room even before I unpacked because the toilet was clogged from the first. Even after moving, this remained a problem and found that I had to go from the third floor to the first to use the public restroom. I place toilet paper in the garbage bag when I remembered to but if I put it in the toilet, it would not go down. There was no maintenance person on weekend duty so I did this from Friday night to Monday morning. When I checked out, I expected to receive a discount at the least but the desk person ignored my information.

The breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

Our room was right off of the elevator, like immediately off of the elevator instead of in a hallway, which was a little bit strange but really didn’t turn out to be a problem. We could hear other guests TVs through walls when we were trying to go to sleep, but it wasn’t too bad. Looks and crannies in the bathroom were noticeably not super clean, but nothing that bad.

I hope bathroom renovations will be done right away. The room we stayed in had a hole in the tub surround with exposed rusty rebar.

I had to take the lid off the toilet bowl tank and operate the flush lever by hand the chain had broken and was laying in the bottom. I mentioned it to the front desk and they made a note for maintenance but no one followed up.

Nice pool good breakfast close proximity to businesses and access to interstate 24.

The facility appearance was outdated. The bathroom had mildew and possibly the start of mold on the ceiling also the exhaust fan didn't work very well. The TV was smaller than in other hotels and was hard to see laying in bed.

We liked that it was located right off the highway and near several restaurants.

Bath vanity was very small and bath and room was outdated as well as decor. Also, free wi-fi I was not able to log on to several sites. Overall a good location with access to plenty of stores and restaurants! Also, I booked through booking.com and used a different credit card at check-in but was charged for the room twice. Once on each card. Not happy out this!

Breakfast was nice although I have had better sausage links at others. They did not have apple juice although their was a dispenser for it. I did enjoy the cranberry juice though , the waffels and cheese omelette. Staff was very friendly.
