There were only two minor issues. The single pane windows did allow significant city noise in our room. The most frustrating issue was the unbelievably tiny shower. Literally the smallest shower I have ever seen! Smaller than a phone booth (if you're old enough to remember what those are :)

The entire staff was incredible and the hotel was beautiful. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfy. The Galleria Hotel's location is extremely convenient. Walking distance to the Ferry Building, Union Square, and Chinatown. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing. It was great. The parking was too expensive so we just parked around the corner at 222 Kearney and it was perfect and much less expensive.

Centrally located. Clean, secure with 24/7 staff at front desk. Elevator. Coffee in the morning. Sipping hour was fun. Staff was professional and helpful.

Loved it all. Not one thing to dislike

What's not to like about the Galleria Park Hotel? I mean the staff is amazing, helpful, and kind. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The sipping hour was a great surprise. The location was right in the middle of it all. Oh and let me shout out the valet and reception I wish I could remember their names so so kind and provided tons of restaurant/bar recommendations. Can't wait to stay here again.

The room was a bit small but also expected for SF. Although I appreciated to not have to look for a parking garage, the cost for valet parking is quite expensive. Probably comparable to most SF hotels

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and bed was comfy. Bathrooms were updated and nice. Parking garage onsite for hotel guests only. Hotel common areas were very clean. Didn't eat at the restaurant so can't rate that but menu looked nice. Nice hotel in a decent part of town to be able to walk around safely. That is important when staying in SF. Really in the middle of everything without feeling like we were in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Lovely stay at the Galleria. Staff very friendly and loved the little unexpected extras, free happy hour at 5pm- Martini’s and wine, nice touch. Tea and coffee station in the morning. Smallish rooms but we were aware of that when we booked. Central location just around the corner from union square. Great stay Thank you Galleria team🤩

The only small downsides were the lack of a nice view and the high cost of parking in the garage next to the hotel.

really enjoyed my stay in this room. The high ceilings create a spacious and comfortable atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – nothing was too much to ask. The location is perfect, right in the city center, so everything is within walking distance. A few small downsides: the view from the room wasn’t great, and the bathroom was a bit small. Also, be aware that parking next to the hotel can be quite expensive. Overall, a great place to stay, especially thanks to the excellent service and ideal location.

Room was good. We had a little problem with the bed and we were reallocated without any problem. The people at reception desk was incredibly helpful and nice. In the room everything good. We got an interior room which meant that we had zero noise even if the hotel is in a busy area. Best hotel I have been in SF by far.

The bathroom in very small, such that you have to maneuver a bit just to open and shut the door. The windows are not soundproof, so there is noise from the street. We were on the 4th floor.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I appreciated being able to communicate by text. I liked the 12pm check-out compared to typical 11 am times. Though I didn’t get to take advantage of it, the hosted wine and cocktail hour is nice, as are the water filling stations.
