Charging $30 for valet parking as a hotel guest was excessive. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby, which was not expected. Little kindnesses like that matter when choosing a place to stay.

I was allowed to enter the room earlier than the check-in time, but the room had not been cleaned – there was an open bar of soap, used towels, the bed sheets were clearly not changed, the minibar was half empty, and the trash bin was full of garbage.

No parking and valet lot was full. I don't spend that type of money on a hotel and have to walk .5 miles with my own luggage to check in. When I questioned the valet on duty on where to park, he was rude and dismissive to me.

Front desk doesn't stock basic supplies or first aid kit, so bring your own. No water refill stations, although there was complimentary bottled water. Bathroom had a funky smell at the start that needed a day to clear out - need to leave the bathroom light on to vent properly.

Location was perfect, 1 block from downtown and 2 minute walk from the ports. There is enough street parking around (free 2hr or overnight effectively 8pm-10am) that you don't have to use the expensive valet parking if going around by car in the day. There are also cheap $1/hr lots 2 blocks away at Sundial or MAACM. The corner room was spacious and had great views. Had no issues with the TV/WiFi, and staff were pleasant to work with. Two fast elevators meant we got out quickly and easily.

The bathroom wasn't very clean, and there was hair in the bed under the sheets. Overall the room was very spacious, AC was cold, and for the price and location it was a great deal.

LOCATION was excellent!!! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. So many restaurants, bars, public spaces, museums and parks to visit within a few blocks of the hotel. Staff was very friendly, check in/check out process was easy, valet was quick to bring the car around. The hotel room was spacious, and the extra amenities in the room like the robe and slippers were a very nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is super understaffed so the understocked towels and the missing housekeeping service never arrived despite several in-person and over-the-phone requests. There are also no facilities.

Superb location with easy access to Vinoy Park and its surrounding areas. Comfortable rooms, beds, and environments. Friendly but under-resourced staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of downtown, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, it’s worth noting that the hotel is brand new, and that was very noticeable. On my first night, it felt almost empty — like it was just me and the receptionist in the entire place. It gave off a slightly eerie vibe. There’s also still some construction going on, so certain amenities like the restaurant and rooftop terrace aren’t open yet. Once everything is fully up and running, I can see this place becoming a great spot. But for now, just be aware that it still feels like it’s in the “soft opening” phase.

Not knowing about Valet parking however it was worth it after the fact, no worries as the valet attendant parked our big boy with no problem! The roof top bar and restaurant are still not open,, this needs to get moving was one of the reasons I booked here and my reservation was made a long time ago so I figured by now it would be up and going. However, the location was exceptional so I really didn't miss it as we walked down tot he Pier to that roof top instead.

The Hotels customer service is exceptional! Location was Exceptional! Cleanliness was Exceptional! Our room was on the 8th floor and was so quiet, with an exceptional view, good air quality as well ac was perfect. I liked that Randy called me right after checking in to see if everything was ok, we really don't expect that in other Hotels so that was thoughtful. And the pillows were perfect!!

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Front desk staff is SUPER friendly. Randy went above and beyond to make sure I got a great room and everything else needed. He also helped extend my stay without issues. Jana and Paula were also super friendly and answered any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again. Really the nicest and friendliest hotel front desk staff I've seen.

HVAC system in room was high speed ‘on’, or ‘off’ so long until you were warm, woke up a few times during night due to this. Parking is minimal. Had to park a couple blocks away in public 24-hr garage.
