We had a wheelchair and they put us on the 4th floor at the stairs, with the elevator shaking on floors 2 and 3. Not a good idea.

The swimming pool is a work of art. It is beautiful and laid out so well. Very enjoyable. The property is also walking distance to the Olive Garden restuarant. We look forward to coming back.

There were a few updates that need to happen for convenience sake. Like a USB port for chargers. We bought one at Walmart to use, but it would be nice if it was included in 2025.

We love French Quarter location in Branson. You can walk the strip to many locations and easy in and out access from the back when you’re needing to avoid the traffic on the strip.

Room had an issue with hot water and maintenance wouldn't believe me and just keep suggesting to let the water run longer. Finally, I was able to move rooms and no issues in the new room.

The bedroom definitely needs a curtain over the blinds!!! PLEASE!! It is so bright that you can't sleep in. Possibly update the mattress in the couch bed. It wasn't terrible, but it could be better!

We love that it is family oriented. It's a nice location and a good room. The full kitchen and washer and dryer are perfect for families.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with a fairly big party taking place on Saturday afternoon into evening at the pools. Judging by the interactions, David who works in maintenance, was friends with the group. We had to actually turn in the group twice, the first time for all of the kids taking cupcakes into the hot tubs and pool getting food everywhere and jumping off of the railings around the hot tub into the pool almost jumping on our kids. The second time, after being warned, they were so drunk(and leaving beer cans, trash, and food all over the recreation areas), they were starting to fight and scream with each other. They even had another person(there were probably 10-15 of them plus kids) come to calm one guy down, and after realizing we were the ones turning them in, he decides to bring out nunchucks and swing them around while staring at us from the parking lot. Sadly, David the worker, loudly told them that it was us complaining as he pointed us out and it didn't matter, because he is "high up". The group even knocked over a tall trash can in one of their fits and the worker just laughed and picked it up. The entire thing was pretty sad given the resort has a very nice recreation area that we were excited to use. And since they decided to get food all in the hot tubs and pool, and one person looked like they had blood on the side of his face while using said area, they had to shut the entire thing down for the night to clean. Meaning sadly, our kids couldn't swim on our last night like we had planned.

Both ladies that we talked to at the front desk were phenomenal, Breanna was one, and unfortunately, I didn't get the other name, but she was a taller blonde. Both are so nice and helpful! We loved that the 2 bedroom actually has an upstairs loft that has 2 additional twin beds and a full bathroom. The pools were nice and big. Super easy to get into from the strip or even the back entrance off the back road!

Chairs and sofa in living room were very uncomfortable and dated.

Everyone at the front desk was extra helpful. The comforter and bedding was the best. I would really like to know the brand and where to purchase it. The condo was extra spacious. Loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer.

There was only one flaw. Near the entrance for check in, there is a place where you should place a sign that says step down. I fell and badly bruised myself.

The accommodations were amazing. We had lots of room and everyone was comfortable. We are talking about planning another trip to include other family members and friends. Looks like we are starting a tradition.
