That the front told me before I got there that I could use cash to pay for my room and then when I arrive there they said I had to use a card so I had to run around to put money on my card because I came from CT but other then that the trip was nice

I had an issue with the booking where I tried to book directly with the hotel first and the website was giving me difficulty. It was more expensive to book through Booking.com but at least it allowed me to make the reservation. When I shared this with the front desk staff they told me to contact corporate. I would have thought the staff working for the hotel I was staying at could be more helpful. This could just be a Hilton policy, but I found it a bit lacking in customer service. No apology, didn’t attempt to help or explain, just told me to call someone else.

The room was wonderful,spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We actually wished we had more time there to enjoy it but were only there for the one night. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were helpful.

It is be becoming pricey for a hotel out of the city center.

I stay there frequently. I like the suites with a separate bedroom and a functional kitchenette. Conveniently near suburban shopping and just off I 95.

Convenient and perfectly situated! Very clean, room size was ample and bathroom was fabulous!! Bed was super comfortable !!Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful! Pool and hot tub were great!! Terrific breakfast too! We enjoyed our stay immensely!!

That our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 6pm. We had adjoining rooms that were not ready after our 10 hr drive. They did offer us 2 rooms on different floors which we could take which we accepted. They were very accommodating.

For the price, I thought it might be more sound proof. The amenities (shower soap and hair products ) are dispensed from wall mounted bottles. I prefer small disposable packets . Not very many amenities offered for price. I like logo items to help me remember my stay. Would be more likely to choose hotel again if I am reminded by a labeled soap or other amenities. Helps me remember the place and feel pampered

Breakfast was decent. Not a lot of variety. The air conditioner was great at keeping us cool but was very noisy. We thought furniture was comfy. Staff excellent. Prompt courteous response to our requests. Location excellent. A+ cleanliness Kitchen excellent. Bathroom very good but should have another grab bar for exiting the tub.pool looked clean and inviting
