The shower may squealing sounds when you turned it on. The ceiling in the bathroom had some mold on it, probably from no vent fan in it. No free breakfast, just coffee.

The mattress was so soft I sunk into the bed. The carpet hadn’t been shampooed in a long while. The vents for the AC hadn’t been cleaned in years. The top sheet had stains on it.

I liked it was only 10 minutes from where I needed to be.

The pool wasn’t open, the ice machine was broken, there was only one small trashcan in the room, and no vent in the bathroom. I had 3 people staying in the room and there were only 2 very small towels. When I asked for more towels I received some pushback but got what I needed regardless.

I liked the area and how everything you needed was near by. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area.

Overall if convenience is a key factor for you this would be the property for you. The room was fairly clean when we entered. Definitely do not recommend walking around barefooted because I do not believe that they mopped at all you could see the wear and tear on the rooms as if the property did not wish to maintain them front desk was an absolute pain And just make sure you know that upon check-in you will also be charged a additional fee for damages that will not be returned until you leave the property and have to sign a contract about damages and smoking.

There were bugs in my room; there was no accommodations to hang my clothes and there was plenty of room to have a closet with hangers; the pool was not open and that was one of the reasons I chose the hotel was so I could take a swim in the morning and evening. Your website advertises a pool

The floors turned my socks black, as if they had never been cleaned. The sofa bed was broken down and had a big hole. We reserved a suite in order to have the extra bed. The breakfast was a BIG disappointment. The coffee was not much more than dirty water. There was very little food. Suggest that you add more to your breakfast bar.

The light fixture over the sink was dangling out of the ceiling, the pull out couch was filthy, the smoke detector was in a drawer. Asked for extra sheets for the pull out (they were not changed and filthy) and a blanket (there wasn’t one also no pillows for it) When I did I was accused of having more people then I did and having a pet. We could not swim in the pool because it was so dirty.

They met all my expectations and standards.

The effortless check in and check out process, the coffee was great, and there was nothing negative to report, except the suggestion to use brighter room lights that the switch controls instead of using lamps. Or have the switch connect to the lamps but the lighting needed to be brighter. To be clear- that's NOT a complaint; just a suggestion. Other than that I can honestly say I was only upset about one other thing--- I didn't have time to use the pool.☹️ It looked SO inviting!
