It doesn’t say anywhere that the incidental fees are $100, and the hotel is under construction.

Didn't like I couldn't hook up to wifi and couldn't watch TV and toilet sound like it was bout to explode but I think it was cause of the remodeling

Well the facility is under construction and we had to check in later then we where suppose to because none of the rooms were clean and so when we finally got to check in a hour and a half later and then we got to the room and it wasn’t clean very well and we didn’t have running water for several hours and when we call the front desk they said they where fixing it and then it came back on for fifteen minutes and then shut off again and when we called the front desk again they said the pipe had busted again dew to the construction and we only had 1 roll of toilet paper and no ice bag for the container and it had burn marks in it and the refrigerator stand was broken and the microwave knob was broken off and the next day we left early in the morning to go to my mother in laws funeral and we put the do not disturb sign up and when we got back around 7pm we found out that housekeeping had went into are room and took the trash and the towels and put another roll of toilet paper and someone took my husband’s energy drink from the refrigerator and when it came time to leave nobody apologized about the inconvenience that we had to endure while we arrived and stayed at the facility.

Facility showing its age. Furniture banged up from vacuuming. All rooms are nonsmoking, but our initial room smelled pretty strongly of cigarette smoke. Our eventual room had what appeared to be food ground into spots of the carpet, though the room seemed otherwise clean. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited, though adequate. Nothing warm other than coffee and toast; no eggs, sausage, waffles; basically cereal, juice, toast (jams/jellies packets available), and yogurt. Fair amount of noise from close-by freeway, though keeping the window closed helped.

Staff was helpful. There was a good Tex-Mex restaurant next door. Beds were comfortable. Shower was nice. Easy access by car from freeway.

The bottom box spring was stained which looked like blood or rust. It's showing on the bottom as you go into the room. I stayed in room 122. Also the A/C squeaked until around 4:00 a.m. before stopping.

The property is under restoration, the outside area and lobby was a disaster, there was no carpet and looked like a construction site warehouse. There were no amenities, there was no breakfast, no hair dryer, no iron and ironing board,no bending machines no ice not a working laundry room. The next day they changed the towels but they didn’t even fix the bed. We had to use a back door in order not to go thru the restoration mess. We were very disappointed about the whole deal they shouldn’t be accepting reservations until the place is done. They advertised these amenities free breakfast included in the stay and the only thing free that we got was the parking. I think I should be refunded part of what I paid since I did not got what I paid for . Not happy about my stay. I’m sure that once is completed is going to be an excellent place to stay but for now is a total disaster ☹️. Jackeline Vargas

Not disability accessible, no breakfast the cereals had been there for over a week no fruit, 2nd floor had a nasty smell all over my room had a torn up couch hot water not working no cups to make my own coffee constant issues with the access card not friendly staff carpet in my room was also nasty n smelled horrible but hotel would not give me my money so i could go somewhere else
