There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

They were very accommodating to me and my request. They go out of their way to make sure their guest is taken care and comfortable. It is a home away from home. I loved waking up to the sounds of rocky try living. As always, when I am in Bonham,Tx. I will stay at the Four Winds Victorian Venue.

Other than the size of the pillows, there was nothing that detracted from our stay. The landlords were both gracious in accommodating our special needs request, meeting us in the dark to ensure we knew where to park, and all text communications were answered in a timely manner. We also received a message following our arrival inquiring whether we were comfortably situated and another very nice message after a late departure, which they kindly granted due to my visit to the local Veterans Hospital for an appointment, which ran past check out time, inviting us to visit again, which, when we return to the area, we will do.

We stayed in a small, but adequately spacious cottage, next to the Victorian home, which the landlord kindly made available to us, because, at our respective ages, neither my wife nor I are capable of navigating stairs with luggage in hand. The cottage was well appointed, very clean, and quite comfortable, with self-controlled heating and air conditioning. Our only misgiving was the very small size of the bed pillows, which made it difficult for us to raise our heads much off the mattress. Other than that minor matter, all else was perfect.

The four winds is a perfect stay for people that like and enjoy living history. It's a authentic building, it has the charme of the 1800's and the feeling of time travel. We just loved it. Our hosts was like family. Thank you for giving us this great memories.

Absolutely nothing.

Staying at Four Winds Victorian Bed and Breakfast was a wonderful and delightful experience. The beautiful Victorian home was very clean,organized, and lovely ambiance. I will only stay here when I visit Bonham as Karen and Sherry make sure you don’t want for anything. The owner is sweet, friendly and makes you feel right at home.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My stay was all so good and very hard to think of anything. Maybe an upgrade to the shower-head could be nice touch to an otherwise excellent experience. I only used one room so it may not be a concern in the other suites.

So many things I liked. The caretakers so wonderful, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They really know the “good” places to eat, yum! The owners keep a beautiful establishment that exceeds an amazing visit. You are made welcome to hang out in your room, the TV room, kitchen and attractive outdoor space (deck, fire pit hangout, grassy lawn). All amenities, Snacks, coffee, drinks, etc. readily available in your room and in common areas. Also TV in room is so easy to work. Love having a connecting bathroom in each suite. The balcony was an unexpected treat to enjoy. I’ve never had this level of comfort in any place I’ve ever stayed (hotels, motels, air bnb, etc.)

I didn't not like anything, I would have liked a small fridge in the room but I also never asked for one so I cannot say if they have extras or not.

The location on a busy street in Bonham. The traffic noises at night and the busy pizzeria across the street that stayed open until 12:00 midnight was bothersome and a nuisance. I know the owners can not do anything about the traffic, the customers that were loud at the pizzeria, but living in rural texas the night time noises were contentious and kept me awake at night. I know it is a good location for their business but it is something I will consider next time I plan my overnight trip in Bonham. Thank you. P. S. I think Four Winds is a beautiful and unique establishment w/character oozing out of every room. I do sincerely wish the care takers that live there would feel the same and care for Four Winds as the owners do.

I loved everything about it!

It was absolutely beautiful inside and out, I felt like I was at home more than my own home! The store and food places are so close, they have a little bar across the street and the property is a wonderful view on the balcony or out by the fire pit. Walking into the home and seeing all the history made my heart eternally happy and warm!

Maybe it was us but it didn’t feel very welcoming compared to everyone else’s reviews. Another guest had to help us check in.

The hot water heater went out before i arrived and wasn't repaired till i was gone. I asked about some compensation and no reply. I know it wasn't their too much but no hot water that wasn't pleasant. I didn't see the host much.

The house was very cute and fun. I wasn't there much but some of the other guests were friendly and helpful.

The look of the old Victorian home on the outside but once we walked in the house was not clean. Every carpet we walked on was dirty. No cold water in the bathroom sink. Two rolls of toilet paper almost 3/4 empty. The floors upstairs in our room was filthy with stains and dead bugs visible along the walls. No chair to sit on. We left 2 days early and tried to get intouch with the"inn keeper" and she never answered the door. We left at 10:30 on Monday the 11th and left a note on the kitchen counter stating the day and time of departure. We feel like we got took! Looks great on the booking info but it was awful and that's why we left early! We want the last 2 days refunded. Please help!

we didn’t like that we had to enter thru the dining room area like you’re entering a persons house they had items all over the table. wasn’t set up for guests. a dog gate we had to pick up and move every time we come up and down the steps. our code didn’t work when we got there and he didn’t work later that night it was rectified the next day finally. we did have to ask for toilet. the night we checked in I guess the the ac went out in the house and a windows unit had to be installed in the window we went out it was supposed to be while we were out (ac guy was supposed to fix main unit he didn’t) we’ll unit wasn’t put in window had to go get owner and he quickly put it in. breakfast was included when I made the reservation however we were never offered breakfast etc anytime while we there. the B&B is not my cup of tea and will not be staying again maybe it is other people. the owners rectified problems but it’s problems we shouldn’t have had. just being their fist year maybe they’ll get their kinks worked out.
