Was not impressed with how this did not accommodate us to check in early as the only said if we wanted an upgrade those rooms were available. Clearly, they waited till literally 4 o’clock to have us check in. I find out a bit ironic that that is their check-in and that is when our room was ready considering we were driving from Toronto Ontario Canada to stay there for our 30th anniversary and my wife’s birthday as well. For a five star hotel, it felt a bit cold and by the book for that reason.

Great location. Beachfront was amazing. Staff on the beach was excellent.

The Four Seasons in Palm Beach is a little slice of paradise, where the stunning property and breathtaking location come together to offer a truly priceless experience. We spent a weekend surrounded by peace and tranquility, immersed in a refined and relaxing atmosphere. A special mention goes to the staff—always attentive, discreet, and thoughtful. Every need was met with professionalism and genuine courtesy. I would like to sincerely thank the General Manager, Pierre, for the kindness and care he showed us throughout our stay. His attentiveness made our time there even more memorable.

The staff are very attentive and provide great service. The room was very nice, they had some very nice little gifts and other things to celebrate Christmas. The pool was good and the breakfast is excellent.

Wished there was some music by the pool & we forgot our portable speaker :(

Everything was perfect, staff treats you like royalty & family at the same time. Upon check in our kids got free stuffed animals, they loved the pool, & especially loved the ice cream gelato cart. Everything we ate (breakfast, lunch, dinner) was divine. We literally felt like we didn’t need to leave the property. The view of the beach & pool/beach side service is unmatched.

Would have loved a hot tub near the adult pool, slightly extended pool and bar hours (bar closed at 11 weeknights, midnight weekends). Spa area is nice but nothing exceptional… steam room was out of order when we visited in September 2023.

Exceptionally attentive staff. Beautiful beach and pool area. Fresh, local flavors on the restaurant menus. Cheery tropical inspired decor throughout.

This property is beautiful. from the fresh, exotic flowers to the gorgeous color palette throughout, this hotel expressed casual elegance at its best. The service was unsurpassed. He person that worked at the Four Seasons made us feel like royalty. we loved the beach/pool assistance, the food, the shampoo and conditioner! there's so much to like. we cannot wait to return.

Really outdated. Not worth the money. Stayed at amazing Four Seasons. This one does not fit the image.

The rooms aren't to Four Seasons standards - very dated, bathroom too small with old step in tub, no tables to work from, other tables too small to set anything on. Just old and not worth $1000 per night. Besides the pools, this looks like a converted Holiday Inn, and probably was.

The staff was excellent - that's really the highlight. The pool areas were very nice and it's great to have an adult pool.
