There is currently construction works on the east side, which although was not noisy, spoiled the view to the east. The drinks service around the pool could be improved, a bit slow but the staff made up for it with their friendliness.

Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Very very clean resort, everything was immaculate. The staff were fantastic and super helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional. Capa restaurant is fantastic. Very good facilities for kids without feeling like a kids resort. You could easily enjoy this as a couple without kids. Didn't feel too busy which was nice - plenty of room to spread out. Quite possibly the best hotel I've stayed at, ever!

We booked dinner at Capa and found the food thoroughly disappointing. (Although our waitress was amazing and made our night great! Also would point out the food at Ravello was totally delicious.)

The property is beautiful with amazing facilities. The spa was super and I had an amazing massage there. The pool areas are fantastic for kids. But far and away the best thing is the staff - from the minute we arrived in reception to the last bell person who helped us out with our bags every single staff member was extraordinary. So friendly and helpful and lovely. We’ve stayed at a lot of 5star hotels but never with this amazing level of friendly, fun service. Also really great was the WhatsApp concierge service. We used it all the time to check details, book room service from the Parks so it was there when we arrived back and arranged the spa. They were super responsive and really made our trip seamless. Would really like to thank them for being fantastic.

Prices. It's expensive, but I'd do it again. If you're planning to just quickly shower and sleep, choose a different resort because you'll not have the opportunity to enjoy what's offered.

Everything. The Serenity. From the cleanliness, the staff, the foods, and the services. Best I could have experienced. You're paying for the pleasantness - and it was worth it considering we utilized the property as a resort and not just a bed to sleep in.

Slight inconvenience of local construction, easily fixed by the credit. Was not noisy or caused any issues.

Amazing. Felt very safe, the grounds fantastic, the staff super friendly. We really could not fault our stay. Construction work nearby so the hotel credited us despite not having too. We toured the USA’s top hotels and found this one to be our absolute best. From concierge to poolside, absolutely fantastic.

The price point is a consideration. Cappa has a lot of external guests coming in so must book ahead to get into the 630/7pm dinner slot. It's ok to cancel within a reasonable time so booking ahead may solve it. The adult and family pools have no shade most of the day making it hard to stay in.

Spacious, comfortable rooms and beds. All else from the food to the service to the facilities/pool to the warmth of the hotel were well beyond any expectation, even for a Four Seasons hotel. It was hard to leave it and the lazy river behind to go to the parks! The service and approach were deeply consistent across every part of the resort - really excellent over our 8 night stay. Strongly recommend considering the standard Golden Oak view room with construction view - they offer a 200 USD rebate per night and it is well worth it, and the construction only takes place during the day when people are out and about anyway. I was hesitant but thankful we did. And there is a chance to upgrade onsite if you change your mind. Don't miss the Disney character breakfast! Cappa was a cool food experience with views of the Disney fireworks. Likety Split was a perfect daily treat for our 9 year old - the hotel is so incredibly safe that kids can come and go. The games room is pool side and is among the best I have seen - they have Pacman wall, games, movies, nintendo wall, couches and computer stations etc. It's also just next to the free beds off the lazy river and basket ball "court" (pool.) Sofa style beach beds are free and significant in size - no need to rent the larger ones if only 2 or 3 in your group. There is space everywhere with nooks to take in sun or shade and it never feels crowded. Food pool side is excellent with some affordable bites for the kids. Lots of trees and lush greens.

The bar areas need more thought, there was nowhere to just go and grab a drink, you always had to book in and they didn’t allow children to sit at the bar areas so was frustrating.

We were upgraded to a pool view room as there were building works going on the other side. Lovely big room with everything you could possibly need. Attention to detail all the way here. Capa restaurant on the top floor was very nice and a view of the fireworks.

Quite an expensive stay. Buses to the parks which were timed wrongly (arriving too late if you want to use the early half hour opening) forcing us to get a taxi each day.

Very clean, quiet, good sized rooms. Very quiet. Huge manicured grounds, good location. Polite staff, good service, nice food. Lots of pools, great for children and teens. Good kids club.
