Easy access to airport and was able to walk to small park and marina 10 minutes away!

Ants in our room. Wish the friendly staff would have mentioned the quickest way to our room. We had 45 pieces of luggage and would have loved a heads-up on which elevator was best. The toilets might be the shortest we have ever experienced. We travel a lot.

Large and modern mostly everything was simple including shuttle to airport. The staff was very friendly.

The curry restaurant attached to the lobby had a very strong aroma. But the hotel used some fragrant chemicals to cover it and the smells were overwhelming. There was also a wedding on site the night we were there and their party music carried through the building and in our room until 1030; which was disappointing.

Airport shuttle was nice and the front desk staff were lovely and helpful.

I signed in and was given price and used credit card agreement. It included tax and hotel charges. When I arrived home, on printout copy via email, I was charged about $40.00 more. Working it out to find out why.

Staff was great. Guaranteed late arrival and had shuttle to airport next morning in time. Nice too. that diner was open for us to get a snack when we arrived around d 9:00 pm

The Indian restaurant adjacent registration was spectacular. The bed was super comfortable and a great selection of pillows!

Not much to complain about. The stopper in the sink was broken and they fixed it immediately.

Nice standard hotel for business. Very nice front desk staff. Room was clean and quiet. There is an excellent Indian restaurant in the hotel that is open until 12 midnight! Really good food and very nice staff.

It was clean. Although the carpet in the room felt a little bit dirty. It probably needed to be shampooed. Overall the facilities were very clean. The workout facility was very very nice. Much more than your typical hotel gym. I was supposed to have breakfast with my room paid for. But I noticed a charge on my bill when I checked out for $15. I tried to clear that up but kind of got stuck in the runaround. I’d like to get either the $15 or the portion of my payment Refunded but sometimes it’s just not worth the effort. I might stay here again if I was only in town for one night I need to be close to the airport. The airport shuttle was great.

At check in they had run out of breakfast coupons so I had to return to the front desk in the morning, and there was some confusion as to what it included. The computers at the front desk were slow so the check in was slow. There were no drinking cups in the room. They had run out of diet drinks in the 'Pantry'. Room lighting was inadequate.

The breakfast was varied and good. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I waited for the airport shuttle for a very long time later in the evening after a flight from Newark. I called a number of times to confirm what island to wait and and looked for the shuttle. I gave up and got an uber. The hotel isn’t that close to the airport. When I got there the desk person had said they left about 10 minutes ago, which was the same they said when I had called each time. I told the desk person about this and they gave me a coupon for free breakfast, which was nice and appreciated. However by time I arrived at the hotel it was about 11:30pm and having to check out at 11 am I didn’t think gave much of value less time to relax and sleep after a very long day
