1 Elevator broken and the other one was super slow . no breakfast. when I booked it said water view. no water view. the Water in the shower was kind of jacked up . had to turn it cold to get hot

The receptionists are very bad in their dealings and inflexible. The other problem is that my reservation was with breakfast, but the hotel refused, so I had to pay

I didn't like that there weren't towels at the pool. And I didn't like that I never received a voucher for breakfast and ended up having to pay for all 3 of us to eat in the morning. Was very confused about it

The girls enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the room as well. They loved the jetted tub and the walk in shower. The cute basket of all the essentials was a nice touch

The Pool was open but the whole pool area is colder then the rest of the hotel, to cold to go in with it being winter time. My main dislike is the hot tub in the bathrooms for the suites do not have a fan or vent that you can turn on so the room gets extremely steamy and hot when relaxing in the hot tub which is not good for my health condition because i pass out when theres not enough air ventilation so I almost passed out. Luckily my boyfriend could hear me yelling babe from our room into the elevator to run back and help me because this hotel is also not soundproof. The shower and tub both leak water so the floor is constantly wet and cold even if you try outting a towel down but there is a drain to drain the water, just no dry warm spots to put your feet without slippers. Another big problem I had was the AC, I overheat in my sleep and it was winter time and I still couldnt get the room cold enough for me to sleep at night, I was up sweating all night so I dont think the thermostat is accurate. Lastly It's a bit father from the casino and other attractions then we thought but not to far of a drive when hoping on the 190 to get to the falls and casino etc..Almost forgot to mention the headboards bang the walls when being intimate...sorry to the guy upstairs who had no choice but to listen to us all night. I think the guy turned the TV up to block us out because the headboard kept banging. I felt bad

We enjoyed our stay very much despite the things we didnt like it still fit our needs. The beds were super comfy, the view was amazing for this ice storm because the river was frozen which looked stunning watching ut freeze and melt, the bathrooms were spacious, great shower pressure, hot tub was relaxing, a bit tight for 2 to relax in at the same time though. There's an outdoor fireplace that we look forward to checking out the next time we stay here. The breakfast on site was delicious, pricy but delicious and since the nightly stay wasn't to bad it didn't bother us to spend the extra money for the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. We asked for a clean quiet room ahead of our arrival and they booked us with a room before we got there. This place is Pet Friendly so we know we can bring our furbaby if we decide to come back for our next stay. The yard outback by the water where the fireplace is was very spacious for you to walk your pets from what it looked like from our window..This hotel is about a 15 min drive to the casino and other attractions which was further then expected but it wasn't to bad

The mini fridge didn't get cold but the freezer part worked great. The flusher on the toilet was falling off.

I think the breakfast would have been better if it was just a buffet style instead of a served one.

We had a room with a view of the river which was very nice. The room was a bit dated but the hotel just changed hands so maybe they will do some upgrades. Breakfast was included which I like but they needed a little more staff.
