A bit noisy for a short period

Kids running down hallways at night when they should be in bed run in and out the room letting the doors slam

Lawrence who checked us in was exceptionally hospitable, kind and accommodating. He made a great stay excellent.

I never even checked in to this hotel due to how unsafe it felt. There was no parking available near the front, and the back lot was crowded with people loitering who looked very sketchy and threatening. I did not feel safe getting out of my car at all. Because of this, I left immediately and had to find another place to stay late at night. The fact that I couldn’t even make it inside the hotel speaks volumes. I would strongly advise anyone traveling alone, or anyone who values their safety, to avoid this property.

No parking. Sketchy people hanging in the back lot where unfortunately you had to park because a large tractor trailer took up most of the spots, away from the dealers hanging out back.

Room was spacious and comfortable.

When I first arrived, my room’s tv didn’t work, so I picked up the phone to call front desk. The phone didn’t work either. Then a staff member gave me another remote to try. That didn’t work, so they switched my room. I went down to the bar/restaurant to get a glass of wine and dinner. I was surprised there was only one customer down there at 6:30pm, then I found out why. I ordered 3 items that cost $42 (2 apps and a pork Mac and cheese). The pork Mac and cheese had only about 4 bites of food. It looked like they ran out of product. The apps were old and disgusting and missing items listed on menu. Do not eat at their restaurant! There is no free breakfast, but when I checked out I saw nobody eating in the dining room. This is probably for a good reason.

I thought breakfast was complimentary but I may have missed that. When I got downstairs, I only saw a breakfast menu with prices.

Couldn't find an ice machine but front desk provided ice.

The bed was so comfortable.

The website said it had a pool the main reason for the stay and it doesn’t have a pool

That pot was being smoked in a room next to mine and made me ill. The smell was unbearable

Convenient to my interview location

Their was animal hair behind toilet and under sink in bathroom. I mentioned to front desk and his response was 'at least in wasn't in the bed'😏 I am allergic so I didn't find that amusing however I believe in giving people grace.

The setup for the meal

The price and how I thought breakfast was included meaning me not having to pay an additional $15.00 per party for the breakfast. I've stayed at plenty of hotels and the way I read it was breakfast included which I didn't find out until the waitress placed the bill on the table
