People at the desk were nice. Hotel needs a major upgrade.

Room was way too small. Bathroom was disgusting. Ceiling sealing all over. Black stuff all over. Corners had cobwebs and dirt. Discusting. Music downstairs was ridiculous couldn't sleep at all. Went til 3am rude for paying guest. Won't stay here again won't recommend it either

Good location in manhattan for being right in the middle of everything with quick subway access. Hotel was smaller than most so it was easy to navigate and get service quickly.

There were some definite signs of wear and tear in each of our rooms. Such as loose door latches, loose wall mounted toilet paper holders, and some light fixtures that were non essential to the room just didn’t function (over the headboard on the bed). Any issues we did have we brought them up to the staff and they addressed them within 30 minutes with their on sight maintenance.

Bathroom doesn’t have exhaust

The room was very dirty. Stains all over the walls, carpet, and windows. Very small space for amount charged. Bathroom had mold on walls.

Pictures better than reality. Bathroom not clean. Toxic smell of bleach and cleaning fluid yet still black marks around the tub. Cheap and should be cheap

The hotel need renovation old pictures very disappointing and smells very bad , mold carpets rooms need upgrades 2103 bathroom very bad beds need change the mattress pads really dirty The pictures is old from the website very disappointing

Everything was ok.

The smell in the room. Not sure if the property allowed pets in the rooms but the smell was like pet pee.

Not a bad hotel in the city center

I really liked the clean room, fresh towels every day, and the location was great close to path and subway. I really liked how the last day at checkout the staff kept my luggage in a secure spot while I had to go to class and when I came back they gave it back to me and let me use the bathroom as well even though I checked out already. Great customer service

The location of the property is amazing! Not for from Broadway and 5th Street.

The hotel room was dirty. When I pulled back the comforter I found dirt and long hairs everywhere. I also found hairs all in the shower. And the shower walls look like they are never cleaned. I’m so happy I had shower shoes. I informed the staff and they changed the bed linen but I don’t believe they cleaned the shower because when I returned to the room from dinner, I saw ten same hairs in the shower. There was A LOT of dust on the furniture in the room too. Also, the next day I went for coffee and when I came back housekeeping was in my room and I saw her take the same rag and clean the bathroom sink, then the toilet, THEN the bottom of the shower near the glass (not the entire shower), and then the bathroom floor. The same rag SHOULD NOT be used for all of those areas. Luckily I still had cleaning supplies that I take with me to hotels and I was able to go behind her.

Central location

Poor facility, no kettle, no fridge, no opportunity for breakfast, old beddens and towels. Cleaners had little to work with . Excellent receptionist but failed by the management.

Room was fine, housekeeper was grate always very accommodating. FD some staff where grate and others just had the wors attitude even when you just asked for towels, I didn't even ask them to deliver still got the worst attitude. Over all a good stay. I travel often to NYC and would consider staying in this location again.

That there was no outdoor sitting during the day even with a big patio outside, and at night I couldn't sit at the patio if i wasn't drinking. This was told to me when I was on a call and just wanted to sit outside an finish my call. Bartender came out from behind the bar asked if I was drink and said no, ok well you can't sit here. I'm in the restaurant industry and if I was taking a chair form a paying guest I could understand but there was no one around, this was also before the night club opened.
