The balcony chairs were missing a couple of pieces on the bottom so they were not very stable. The water pressure and the tub draining were very poor. The doors slam closed. When people would come or go late at night it would wake us.

The setup of the room was nice along with an in-room fridge. The view was great! The hotel grounds were beautiful and clean. All the restaurants were clean and everyone was friendly. Parking wasn't terrible.

Our patio door was a little tricky to open. The shampoo dispenser on the wall in the shower kept falling off.

Close proximity to the beach and amenities. Parking was plentiful. Easy to access restaurants.

Clogged sink and tub, but they fixed it. Also, you get room service every other day. For this price that is poor that I have to request service.....this is my luxurious vacation on the beach. I don't want to feel it's a hassle to ask for coffee and to make the bed.

The beds weren't very comfy and very loud, they were also doing a lot of construction but this didn't ruin our time at all.

Didn’t understand the point of giving us a $25 credit per day when they turned around and charged us $25 a day for a destination fee, made no sense. Pool by the ocean was down, would have been nice to enjoy the pool next to our building. No access to parking garage as the hotel was waiting on sprinkler work, understandable yet an inconvenience nonetheless. No drink glasses in the room, just 2 paper cups.

We had a suite overlooking the Gulf which was amazing, a minute walk from our room to the beach. Breakfast was average, but good. Love the welcome drink. Staff was pleasant.

Big hotel and love the location. Love about dog friendly option. As I book Seaview room but their fully booked when I got there. So I got giftcard for drink as the discount instead...

The fact you had no drinking glasses and no washcloths.
