Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe parking situation was hard. Garage was full and big vans made it difficult to move through the parking garage across the street. We arrived around 11 pm and it was very confusing where to enter. There were no signs on outside doors. Then when we got to the elevator and saw that lobby was written on it we went up to only find a sign to go back down stairs through the casino to the other hotel front desk. It would have been nice for that sign to be on the main floor by the elevator.
Our room was clean and good size. The shower was also big. The bed was very comfortable.
