Hotel rooms could use more power outlets to charge laptops, phones,etc. Also, a bit funny, but the bathrooms need towel rods to dry towels.

The location was outstanding, easy to walk to good restaurants and the beltline. A short ride to Botanical Gardens which are fantastic. Staff was terrific! Housekeeping friendly and helpful. Management was outstanding and wanted guests to have a great time.

Valet told me to park across street when I asked where was parking...later I learned of the under building garage (after checking in). They knew I was staying there and checking in. Rooms too small, wife wanted body mirror, elevators were a tad confusing to start but good for safety.

Great restaurants, gym!!!, location (Beltline), TV, magnifying mirror, and vibe. Front desk people were excellent!

The breakfast restaurant at the pool level reeked of food every morning; we sat outside to avoid the smell.

Good place to stay! The rooms are nice, staff is friendly. The pool is long enough for a proper swim, and the gym is simply amazing. What we particuarlily liked is that the hotel makes an effort to become a part of the neighbourhood. Before we started our vacation, I had ordered protein powder online and had it delivered directly to the hotel - it was handed to us at check in w/o a need to even ask for it - well organized.

Feels isolated from noise and hassle. Adjacent to walking and bicycle path. We where able to stroll to the Carter center under free ways on a relative quite , thru neighborhoods on vegetated line path.

Everyone was lovely, meet and greet to restaurant staff. Exceptional - clean, snazzy, great food. Relaxed feel by the pool. Great rooftop bar / views. Great location by the park and Ponce Market. Room was quiet, extremely clean and serviced twice a day. Ice delivered in the evening.

Stunning new hotel with all the amenities! We enjoyed the restaurants, gym, pool all at the hotel, it was the perfect weekend.

The room service menu is very limited but you can go to the restaurants (also so gorgeously appointed) and bring take out to the room.

Great style- common areas combine brutalist scale and marble with southern warmth. Absolutely love the vibe. The pool area is to die for, with gorgeous cream umbrellas and a pool suited to laps. Do not miss the two levels of gym options. Best hotel gym ever. Including steam, sauna, a plunge bath for one, peleton bikes, all the cardio machines options. Staff across the board are super- skilled and seemingly v happy to be there.

Both my parents and I had our do not disturb signs up and we both had staff knock on our door - twice on mine - three times at my parents. Do not disturb means don’t disturb - not sure why the staff was ignoring the signs but it woke us up to answer the door each time

We wanted to have dinner at the Italian restaurant but it was booked. Opted for the Mediterranean restaurant “Electra” we were very disappointed in the meal. We had the Meze Platter which was very good. Our entree Prawns and NY Strip were terrible; They gave four Prawns and four Prawn heads which are not edible. The NY Strip Kabob had six pieces and was well done and asked for medium rare.

Although I understood the need to reserve the pool deck chairs for 2 hour increments during peak time, I was displeased at the wait and limited time to lounge especially when the whole reason of my stay was to enjoy the pool.

The room was good, shower exceptional and pool area a vibe....An above average hotel in a great location.

The boy that was pool staff was terrible. It wasn’t busy and I ordered two cocktails. 15 minutes later I had to go up to bar and ask for drinks he was there talking to staff and didn’t even put the order in. Useless!!!

They obviously are going for a “Zen” feel. You can accomplish that without dimming the lights to almost off. Was VERY dark inside the lobby area. Also bars closing at 11pm why even bother! If you’re familiar with the series “White Lotus” so was the designer as they obviously tried to recreate that here. Was clean great towels,
