We continuously had to come back to check-in, which was pretty annoying. It says no smoking, but you could smell smoke all around every day, and we saw people smoking. Rooms were ok, small, but it was what it was. At the tiki grill, they picked up cherries with their bare hands and put it into peoples drinks. Completely unsanitary.

Beds were comfortable. On-site grill. Beach access, pool and they provide pool towels.

Over all I liked it and would come back, it’s not something fancy but it was well worth the money and everything there was well kept.

They need to let people know when they check in that 1) the tv remotes must be on HDMI to us - When checking in they had two calls about the tv and then i had to call as well. and 2) that the beach chairs are available however they are for rent. The price is high however it is beach front and if you want cheaper don't rent on the beach!!

We loved our stay - it was 2nd stay with them. The facility was updated a bit since the last time (4years ago) we were there, and we loved the coffee shop on the 1st floor and the new TVs in the hotel room. The staff especially the young man that was in training (I cannot remember his name) and the Maintenance guy that had to come explain how to use the remote with the tv, were both extremely nice and helpful. The staff everywhere we ran into them was always nice and polite. The location is great and the Beach access is wonderful.

The only issue during my stay was the room being infested with gnats, mainly on the patio door and kitchen area.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Holly at the Manatees bar was very cool! The location was perfect in terms of being in the vicinity of the pier and boardwalk- it's about 1.5 miles.

We were in building A and I had to climb the 20 steps up over the sand dune. If your older and have trouble climbing the stairs there was another option . I didnt like the fact that you didn’t have an iron or ironing board to use in rooms. Just steamers that you can use.

Where you really shined was with your cleaning staff and maintenance people. Very friendly and respectful. The pools were nice. Since I’ve been in this area before and we drove we could bring own chairs out to the beach and just store them in the car.

We did have a problem at arrival with elevator not working in our building but Manager took care of us and moved us and problem right away. Definitely would recommend staying here.
