It was our first time staying in a B&B and I was unaware that there was no TV. I didn't see it listed on the original booking post. Lesson learned. It was week one of college football and the wifi couldn't keep up with the IPAD demand.

Location was perfect for Bryson City. Also excellent to the river tubing, hiking, and waterfalls.

It was so peaceful and beautiful. My favorite part was rocking on the front porch with my morning coffee while waiting for the delicious breakfast each day. If you want to neons and unplug, this is the place to go. Toni was very accommodating and we would definitely recommend staying there.

I have nothing negative to say...it was truly an enjoyable experience.

The breakfast was excellent! Great care was taken to prepare the breakfast which was lemon pancakes with a blueberry compote and house made bacon on the side. Breakfast started with fresh peaches and granola. Absolutely delicious! Our room had a private balcony with a view of the yard and a water fountain and since it was a beautiful evening, we enjoyed just sitting and talking out there.

I do believe it was the best i have ever had i would go back just to eat the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to stay in March when we go back up there. I highly recommend it nice quite and we loved it.

She is the rudest person I have ever met. She told US to leave!!! Yet refused us a refund of our money.

We did not stay here. This place does not meet ADA (American Disabilities Act) requirements! My husband is 100% disabled veteran and there are stone steps on a steep incline to get to the door. The room she had for us was dirty with stained chairs for seating area and bedspread was old faded and didnt look clean. We booked a king size room and when we got there she wanted to put us on the 2nd floor with very steep steps. When we asked where the tv was she said we dont have a tv. Yet her site clearly states there is a tv in a shared living/lounge area, which there is not. Also she told us to leave and smiled and said we would not be getting a refund. When I said this is nothing like you advertise on your Booking.com site, she just kept saying just leave, Bye. She told us SEVERAL times to leave but yet refused us a refund. At one time during our conversation I mentioned how the rug in the room was stained, old and dirty looking and she said: "Well I haven't vaccumed this room." This is the biggest rip off of any hotel, B&B, Inn I have ever seen. When I mentioned how we were supposed to get our suitcases up 3 flights of stone wet steps, she said "Well you can go around and come in the side." When we looked out we would have to drag our suitcases across wet overgrown grass. She also advertises a room with a view over a creek. There is NO CREEK!! What it is, is a ditch with some rain water in it about 2 feet wide. I will be fighting for our money back and have reported her to the Better Business Bureau in Bryson City. The ADA Act requires all hotels, motels, Inns and B&B's by law to comply. She is in violation of this Act. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Wished rooms had TVs in them but it’s a B&B and I didn’t think about it when reserved. Also, would have been nice for freezer to have had ice in it. Maybe at breakfast offer apple juice to drink also.
