The pool area right next to our room was under construction. We did not know that when we booked. There was another pool, however, it was further and we needed to drive there, which made it not as easy to get to. I would have liked to know this in advance and not find out at the site.

Very spacious apartments, with all needed equipnent for a short stay, comfortable beds, lots of parking.

The pictures are way fancier than the actual place, our appartement was quite out dated. On the map, is also showed that is was on the other side of the while complex, one of the reasons why we had chosen this one so location is not acurate at all

it's a nice place if you have to be at the convention center and prefer a condo instead of a smaller hotel room. It's clean and everthing is just OK

Bed itself was a little firm for our taste but otherwise comfortable stay.

Facilities and value for money. Casiola were excellent, responsive and friendly hosts. Apartment had all the features to support our stay. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely use this apartment or other Casiola run properties again.

The amenities here is not very close so if the pool area was available we would have to walk out of the gate or drive. So with the closest pool closed we would have had to drive to the reserve area and use their pool,

Paid £70 extra for early access and £50 for late check out of the room. Arrived at the room and we were unable to access. We spoke to representative that said no payment had been made, even though I had proof they wouldn’t allow access. Same thing happened on check out. All bags were in our room and we had no access. Spoke to representative again and after an hour and a half they allowed access. Very stressful when the taxi to take us to the airport had arrived and we were unable to get our bags!

The property was spacious, clean with all the facilities we needed. The pools were lovely and the hot tub an extra bonus. Good distance between Disney and universal.

Dusting could use attention. Lamps were dusty, vents, ceiling fans, baseboards and when the light above the dining table was on you could see the layer of dust and cobwebs on it. Everything else looked mostly clean.

Close to the convention center which is what I needed, awkward thing was I booked a 2 bedroom 1 bath deluxe apartment and walked into a 4 bedroom (7 beds total) 2 bath place which was way larger than we needed but when I called questioning it I got told it was right so no idea how that happened. Nice place though. I would stay here again

Some Pool chairs were broken and the smell from garbage bins were overpowering in the pool area.

Easily accessible to the conference center. Property and condo were great and clean. Staff was responsive.

Office staff was aloof, seem to be bothering them when simply asking questions. The staff by the pool-bar were great, no issues. Overall good experience

We did not get the wifi information until our last night despite my many attempts. Sounds whiny, but the service without wifi on the bottom condo was non-existent. Most of the time, I had to go outside to get a signal, and that was very difficult. The other issue was "ghost ants". They were harmless once I found d out what they were, but annoying. The staff was very helpful. However, the situation was never really solved.

The location to the volleyball tournament and other Orlando attractions was excellent and very convenient. The condo was spacious and was walking distance to a variety of food options. For example, Publix for groceries, quick stops like Dunkin Donuts, and a couple of sit-down restaurants as well.

WiFi was horrible in our condo and at the pool area. WiFi dropped every few minutes in our building/4013 however, others told us theirs worked fine. Apparently it is an issue in that building. The shower in the primary bedroom needs updating. It squeaks when you step in and every time you move. It is also too small. The other shower for the other bedrooms was much bigger and better.

The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary dishes, pans, etc. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Conveniently located next to Publix, restaurants and other places such as barber shop and nail salon. Pool was nice however the music was so low we could never hear it and you aren’t allowed speakers or alcohol at the pool. Loved the walking trails around the pools and the electronic key system so you did not have to check in. They are working on a new pool which should help with the congestion at the pool at times.

When we checked in they had to change the washer and dryer. Ceiling fan in master bedroom, light fixtures in bathrooms. Plus the ceiling was leaking but it got fixed as well. Thats why they told me I was getting a 3 day rebate that never happened!

I didn´t like the bed bug issue because first thing they asked me to leave apartment at the same day because i could contaminate everything. Finally they found a solution to clean it up during my stay and I stayed there. This solution was very important.

I was waiting on my ride to come pick me up and they needed more time. my checkout was scheduled for 11am, but my ride stated they could not get there until 11:45, when I called to request a short extension just for 45 mins, I was told that I would be charged an additional $50! that to me was insane! I spent so much money being there for the whole week and was still going to be charged more for a little extra time. I ended up taking all of my belongings and waiting outside until my ride could arrive. I just think they could have been a little more understanding and less money driven in that scenario.

I didn't like the mattress and pillows there were un comfortable at all and I called the office but didn't do anything. The Cabinet of the kitchen was sticky . The cieling of one of the rooms leaked water .but other thing was good
