Other than some dusty window sills, it was very clean and comfortable. It is also in a great location.

Not a lot of breafast options

Loved the location and all of the amenities. The walking/biking paths around were excellent. The movie house located on site was phenomenal as well.

We loved everything about this property and can’t wait to come stay again and check out the different cabins. Though we didn’t have the cabin with the romantic tubs in the actual room, our huge bathroom had the deepest tub we’d ever seen. Naturally, my husband had to figure out the tub status and the spout is actually in the ceiling! You’d think after filling the world’s deepest (it had room even after both of us got in it) with hot water, the hot water would be gone, but no!! Still had plenty of hot water for showers afterwards. The whole property was amazing and quiet. The bubbling creeks and well kept but natural habitat was my personal favorite. They served a hearty, healthy breakfast with fresh fruit (the strawberries were cut into tiny heart shapes) and though we went and grabbed Dutch Bros. Coffee, they had a nice coffee station set up. You can tell every attention to detail was well thought and went above expectations. You definitely get what you pay for! The staff were super friendly. If you want a romantic getaway, then definitely stay here!!

The only down side was check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. I wish they’d let you have more time to enjoy your stay.

Everything was clean and comfortable, there were many areas to sit and socialize in the main lodge area. They had live music on Friday, wine and beer offerings. The provided breakfast was perfect.

We cannot think of anything we did not like.

The lodge's design and decor perfectly fit the wooded setting. The staff met us with warmth, friendliness, and pertinent information; moreover, Josh stoked the fire for our comfort. The breakfast was my only slight disappointment. The pastries were on the dry side and the coffee from the urn needed to be heated in the microwave. The complimentary happy hour was a plus as was the easy walk to downtown Sisters.

See my comment above regarding the breakfast.

Although we only used the breakfast offering twice, I don't feel it quite measured up to the rest of our experience. Would be nice to add a couple of hot options to the menu.

We love this place and have been there before. Five pine never disappoints!

The only thing I would've liked is a pillow that was a little flatter, not so puffy. Next time I will just bring my own pillow.

Huge 1-bedroom cabin that was constructed and furnished like an upscale Stickley Furniture Store. First class fixtures, mill work, counters, lamps, etc., including wrought iron hooks.

For the first time in my life I cannot think of anything I would have preferred more.

There aren’t many other options so this is the best option if you stay at Government Camp. We had a good time and the house was spacious. Lighting was pretty dark and couches were old but it was comfortable.

The front of the lodge is quintessential as shown. It has a large fireplace which is in the great lodge style.

The highway noise was unbearable at the main lodge. We had to move to a more costly cabin. We were told it was room that would sleep three but the pull out needed bedding we were told we had to pay $25 for staff to apply sheets. We were told it was a B&B but breakfast we found would be $45 more for three. The staff made me prove my identity even though my husband had his license which matched my last name. No one helped with luggage and no elevator at stairs. Our shower took 30 minutes to heat up. We ran into one limitation after the next and could not relax. Even Best Western gives you continental breakfast and does not charge to put sheets on. The rooms were very spare.
