Bit surprising was no staff at reception and full self check-in process incl online deposit 100 usd transfered online. Deposit must be transfered prior arrival otherwise no room access code provided. Check out just send message you are leaving , let cleaning team know, and close the door

The second night the hot tub was cold and even my stepson tried to call someone, noone was at the office to help.

The hotel was nice,quiet, clean, contactless check in and very close to the beach.

Everything was wonderful. Honestly. Even the lack of AC was not that big of a deal. Maybe because I was on the ground floor? Regardless, I had a wonderful getaway and rest. Thank you! This is a gem.

It’s on a main road so there is street noise. It is a contactless motel with no in person services and no lobby. Price was high for what was offered.

Basic motel with JQZ and pool. It was clean and has a little kitchenette. Across the street from lake and walking distance to the beautiful north Tahoe regional park.

The toilet was wobbly and I didn't like how we had to keep the window open while showering. The beds were pretty firm.

The location is wonderful and the room was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the pillows and extra blankets, and I liked the check in process.

The picture makes it seem cozy, but it wasn’t really cozy, more utilitarian - nothing wrong with the hotel, just not what I’d envisioned based on picture! The pool was a bit chilly for swimming.

Would have appreciated some air conditioning. It was a warm evening and the only thing available to cool us off were two fans. The fans were okay, but very loud.

The only thing I didn’t like was that check in was until 4, but only because I had been driving all day. Other than that no complaints.

I liked the location and the view, was situated in a super quiet area just pleasant experience overall! Stayed in a two queen room and had nice touches like a kitchen sink with a coffee area and a fireplace as well. Room felt spacious and the place simply didn’t feel cheap. Also liked that check in n check out was contactless( all updates where through text etc.)

This has been our spot to stay for two summer trips of ours ,coming from Monterey CA a 5hr drive , this facility made it so easy for me to book …not to mention property management was communicated with me making everything step of the way much easier as in how to check in and out answer all my questions with out hesitation , made me and my family much more enjoyable due to the fact that the lake was right across the street made it less worrying about parking.I also enjoy that it was kid friendly and very clean.Food spots and stores are only walks away.Cant wait to book my vacation with them!!!

Place looked updated and modern. Very clean room. I also liked the Electronic Keypad to unlock/lock the room. Did not have to deal with a Card Key. Text Messaging to Check-in/Check-out. To me, that was very convenient.

We didn't see any staff during our stay to ask questions of. We also expected that the coffee pods would be replenished every few days but they weren't.

Loved the central location to all activities that we wanted to do, spacious room and good wifi.
