Have stayed here many times. Facilities nice and clean. Enjoy the indoor pool. Appreciate dog-friendly room option.

House keeping could be better, strong smell of weed in the hallways ,and had to get my own towels and wash cloths including linen for beds and make up beds myself.

we didn’t like that check in was at 4pm we called multiple times to check in early and asked to do early checkin for $100 we got there and the rooms weren’t ready and we were told to call back hourly and didn’t end up checking in until 4pm (rooms still were not ready until 420pm) Love that it is animal friendly but unfortunately people who brought their animals did not clean up after them around the hotel and left pee in the elevators without saying anything .. The activities for kids are great but not well organized movie night is 6-8 but movies do not apparently start until 8pm and the snacks and prizes are not a thing per the staff they stated it’s adverted incorrectly all over the building. Pillows are hard as a rock - bring your own

Complimentary breakfast was very nice and well organized, the food was very good. The rooms were updated and clean. Great location Great pool and splash pad for children! My kids loved it! Activity for the pool area for juggling was fantastic! House keeping Is great they come around and check on you without you having to call for extras

The Air Conditioner could've worked a little better

We had a lot of trouble getting clean towels on mulitple days!

The location was nice a lot to do close by. The room was comfortable. The bar/bartenders was nice. I really liked the complimentary beach chairs. The pool and sun deck area was nice.

Housekeeping made the beds and emptied trash but didn't replace the used towels with clean ones.

Liked the amenities, including breakfast option, but the room to get breakfast was a bit hectic. Not well organized.

I didn’t like the fact when I was about to sign out before I can leave I went back to the room before you knew it the staff was in my room taking my person liquor out of my refrigerator taking it down the hallway for her self I approach her and told her I didn’t leave yet why are you in my room she say she thought we were leaving I didn’t appreciate how rude that was and then to come in the room to steal that’s not cool I didn’t appreciate report her to the front desk but I doubt she got recommend for going in someone else room without finding out if they was leaving the hotel the woman at the front desk. Try to make excuse for her I just left. Hopefully I will return back..

We were in 303. The bathroom was not really clean. The bathroom sink had no stopper. The toilet paper holder bent downward, and the toilet paper kept falling onto the floor. Twice, we needed to lift the lid off the toilet as the chain fell off, and the tank didn't refill

The breakfast was not great. While I love that the hotel is pet friendly, for two days, all I heard when I was in the room was a dog barking. I told the desk twice but still continued to hear the dog. I really felt bad for the dog to be left in the room all day and all night.

The location and price of the hotel was good for the middle of the week in July.
