By the pool area there were no towels available, and when going to ask for towels the lady that worked there was very rude. An edge of the pool by the disability chair is also broken and very sharp.

The hotel was clean, organized, and the room housekeeping were very nice.

We were surprised to find out thar we were charged additional amount of 124 $, , at checkout: A resort fee that was already charged by booking (90$), parking 40$ ( would have been nice if mentioned at check in, pleanty of parking outside) And "taxes", also fully charged by booking, in advance. The manager refused to discuss that, refering us to the small letters on the hotel site, and blaming booking for the misinformation. That was a bitter ending for a great weekend. Shame.

The worst service on the breakfast. We took as family more than a hour to be seated. No reason for that. It’s a shame for a hotel like this. Change it for a buffet and it will be a lot easy. Windows on the bedrooms does not open. Not good also!

Overall is was very nice. The only thing I would ask to improve is the daily cleaning of our room. It wasn’t cleaned very well and things like the coffee and TP were not replaced.

Our room was by the pool, where they have speakers that play music until 10pm, which was so loud we couldn’t even watch tv. We asked them turn it off or lower the volume and they refused.

The door to our room was very hard to open as well as the drawers of the dresser. The sliding door on the bathroom wasn’t balanced and closed on its own. Not enough outlets and one was not usable. Everything was beautiful but slightly off. The A/C was like most hotel rooms and did not keep up with 3 people sleeping and remove the humidity.

The hotel main entrance was changed. When you enter the main entrance near the street, there is no staff available. I liked the old entrance more where you were met by staff and had breakfast available in the main building. I liked the pool area behind the restaurant. Unfortunately there were several loud children that greatly disturbed the serenity. (Example - whiny children that adults were not controlling. A child with a diaper was in the pool while eating. -this occurred on 2/18) The pool area behind the restaurant/ bar should be adults only. They need a separate kids pool away from this area.

I enjoyed my meals at the restaurant. The waitresses were excellent. The room was comfortable. Nice location. I liked the free use of the bicycles.

It was surprising that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived around 6 pm. On the other hand, we got to keep our room until noon. Pool was really nice but the water wasn’t very clean. It was a big complex and had a spa too, but we didn’t find any info about the spa and didn’t know how to get there. Lot’s of extra fees on the invoice although everything was supposed to be paid in advance. More than 60usd on taxes, resort fee, parking etc.

Good location close to Key West. Dinner was good too. Nice pool area. Room was really spacy! Wi-Fi worked well. Room was very quiet and no noise from the busy road.

It was pretty chilly when we visited. It would have been fun to have propane fire pits or heaters with tables to be able to have a different feel

Loved the open grass areas. I have teenagers so they were able to play some football. We also played beanbags. I had a couple of cocktails that were very expensive and tasted horrible.

The resort is beautiful, newly renovated with an upscale beach vibe. The restaurant staff was courteous and friendly. Loved the lighthouse, bicycles and nightly fire pits.

At first, it seem everything was working fine until i went to the room! I notice the room I paid for was not the one they gave me. I called the desk and ask for reimbursement to keep the room, however, they opted that option and rather upgrade to a super suite so I was happy with the decision made of the front desk! Shows excellent customer service!
