United StatesI could not get anyone to answer phone to help me with 2 room booking .com told me my first room did not go through when I call them because I did not get confirmation number! No one at the number of the motel would not answer phone they have 24/7 front seat at the Lotus but the phone was busy and today it is still busy❗️so this is a warring for anyone be sure before you book a room if booking .com tells you it didn’t go through because they will not help you in any way snd when you call you will be in hold for 15 to 39 minutes ever at 3:00 am us time and good luck if you can understand them speaking!!
The staff was not able to help me I had a mistake with booking .com instead of booking one room booking .com told me that my first booking did not go through to do another booking so I did and that made 2 rooms because the first one went through to hotel but I got no confirmation number and did what booking . Com told me to do! The motel could not help me and I was on phone with booking. Com until 3:00am trying to get booking. Com to fix my problem however they did not fix an instead told me I had to send them proof of my cr card statement to prove I had 2rooms since I did not get confirmation number in other room! Booking.com also created this problem but told me that they had to follow the money and without a second confirmation number there was no way they could find my account! I will always be care and tell everyone about what booking . Com did to me! However I tried to get the hotel to answer my calls at the 24/7 desk had the phone to busy and it is still busy this day ! Booking. Com ruin this for me and made this hotel look very bad! I am never going to trust booking . Com again they caused the problem and would do nothing to get it straight and the Lotus states it was booked through a third party do they could not help! Which they could but did nothing!!reading this if you don’t get a confirmation number from booking . Com and they tell you it did not go through call the motel to see cause booking . Com will not help if you end up with 2 rooms booked!!!!!!!

This visit to the hotel was definitely worse due to the fact that I always make my reservation with non smoking witch is pretty much the front of the hotel upon checking in the night staff person was rude and put me on the smoking side in witch the room was smoking just disregard my resservation. I was staying here 2-3 x a week but that will now change Road Way has cheaper rooms and steam nicer. Next Time lotus learn how to treat a loyal customer

United StatesThe cleanliness wasn't that good. The lighting in the room wasn't very good either. There was no remote in the room had to go ask. The tubs are real slick. There stained from whatever use to be on the bottoms.the tubs get.even slippery when using shampoo and conditioner someone was to slip and get hurt they would have a hell of a law suit. The staff that cleaned the rooms were nice; the counter staff was rude. They didn't offer breakfast or coffee.or.anything else. They did offer a 12oz can of coke you could pay 2.00 for. There were no coffee pots in any rooms.
The rooms were okay. The best thing about the lotus inn is the location. You had food places, laundry mat, grocery store, liquor store, tobacco shop and gas stations within walking distance. I also liked that I told them I would clean my own room and they didn't bother it but they did ask everyday if I needed anything.

United StatesMost of the room was not ready for customers to stay in it. I didn't even touch the microwave or what seemed to be the fridge. And I'm not sure if the carpet was vacuumed.
The beds were comfortable, but I'm not sure if the outer blanket was clean, the bathroom, the floor, and the counters were not cleaned at all, so I cleaned them myself. The tub had a black ring of old dirt in it. When I wiped it out with a rag it was black residue on it. The TV worked well. And the sheets on the beds were clean. But I basically did my own housekeeping in the room. And clerk was pretty nice, but they need to focus on health and making sure that the customers needs are met even before they arrive. Hey we are paying good to stay here.
