The only negative thing I have to say is that I think our ac was clogged up because it wasn’t pulling the humidity out of the air to the point our comforter and sheets were damp to the touch and we had them changed once but it persisted just didn’t want to keep bothering the staff so we started keeping our door open for awhile since it wasn’t pulling a lot less humid outside

Only complaint we had was our hand soap was empty in our room and we called the front desk 3 different times; each time they said they would get us more. We did not get some until day 2 and that was when we went straight the front desk in the morning.

Great place for families. We were able to check in early. I liked that they had live music at the pool one evening and a bar set up out there. Another night there was a movie playing out at the pool. Its nice they offer those events for when you have some down time. The campfires looked nice.

2 Queen room was a little tight and did not have a chair, just 2 ottomans. Breakfast was ok, would of liked to see waffles.

Staff was very nice and took care of all our requests.

I am sure the lodge likes to be very efficient, but the multiple texts I received a day before and on the day of arrival asking me to fill out a simple form (that then wasn't found when I checked in and had to be refilled out at the desk) was disruptive during my vacation. Additionally, I received a text promptly at 8 am on the next day (we only stayed 1 night) reminding me that I was checking out and to let them know when I had left. Check out is at 11. I'm sure they try to run a tight operation, but it sort of felt like "get the h*11 out, thanks". Haha

Very well designed and updated lodge. The pool and soaking tubs and fire pit areas along the creek are exceptional. I wish we had had more time to enjoy them. The front desk and bar are terrific. Would definitely stay here again.

The bedroom is cramped. No place to sit and eat. The staff were friendly but not attentive to customers. They would wander off from customers waiting for service. One said he would email my receipt, still haven't received one. We had to bring our soap bottles to the lobby to have them refilled, they were empty on arrival. The beds are on the harder side.

The rooms were clean. The office offered free games and a comfortable environment. The property is in a beautiful location with a small creek in the back. Nice fireplaces but too hot to sit next to this time of year. The swimming pool is on the smaller side but everyone looked like they were having fun. I forgot my toothbrush, the employee gave me a toothbrush and mouthwash, didn't have to make an extra trip. My husband and daughter enjoyed the snacks sold in the lobby.

Need more than one checkin station especially at high times of checkin and checkout.. long lines. More help at bar and coffee center during high traffic times. Larger pool or add an additional pool.

The outside area was an ideal setting for families and couples. Loved the stream running behind the property, soaking tubs, dog friendly, areas around small fire pits . Beds were comfortable. Staff friendly. Coffee shop opened at 6 am . The baristas were knowledgeable.

The bed was horribly stiff to the point that I found myself waking up multiple times during the night. With cheaper memory foam mattresses hitting the market, I am not sure why you would still opt for hard box-spring mattresses in 2025. Other than that, I would say that the rooms are a bit small and offer nearly zero sitting space unless you use the ottomans, which still are hard to sit on for longer than 5-10 minutes.

The staff was friendly and it felt a bit closer and personal than what you would get with a larger hotel chain. Felt more like being at home for me and my Fiance which was nice! Daily offerings of live music to movie showings was a nice touch.

The room we had was really small. It was do-able but small especially with our dog. No good place for opened suitcase to set. The waste baskets were really small. There were 3 waste baskets in the room but too small. The TV was difficult for us to use. We don't stream at home so we didn't have a clue what we were doing. The Lodge staff did come to room and help us. Very thankful for this.

Improvements to property very nice. Didn't use hot tubs but will next visit.Pet friendly with no hassels. Room was very clean. Spencer, the maintainance guy, was awesome. Very helpful, friendly, respectful and a dog lover. Please keep him around. Liked the glass glasses in room.

For how expensive this place is nightly, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. The only protein option was hard boiled eggs. Another thing I thought this hotel lacked was access to a water station. There is a dispenser in the lobby, but it was empty one of the mornings I tried to get some water during breakfast.

Vibes were great, hotel was up against a nice little creek, and everything was clean. Short drive from all the tourist attractions. Plus the Ozarker signature scent lotion smelled good. The coffee from breakfast was amazing (not the paid hotel café coffee, specifically the breakfast coffee).

The Ozarker Lodge is very family friendly, which is great. But if you are looking to relax in a quiet setting, maybe visiting on the weekend isn't the best time.

Ozarker Lodge has a great modern vintage vibe. The rooms, the lodge and the outdoor spaces are all comfortable extremely well designed. From the decor, to the small details such as the games, snacks, hot tubs etc..

The workers constantly walking by the rooms. My dog would bark everytime she heard them. Text messages asking when we were checking out. Young children running back and forth on upstairs deck.

Breakfast was not good. Went out to eat. The rooms were quiet and clean.

Had to wait a bit before check in and during check out. Not long but I believe if the front desk is going to leave the area they should carry something on them to alert them a guest has arrived. There was leftover food from a previous guest in the mini fridge. A half Dr Pepper, beer, and someone’s leftover food. Our first night was quiet but the room above us on the second night you could hear someone stomping around at 1am.

The nature and outside of the hotel was very relaxing. The beds were comfortable and loved the large TV. Really wish the hot tub was working during our visit.

I didn't like the fact the floor was concrete in our room. It made it feel like it wasn't finished and since we came in February it made the floors very cold to walk on. Make sure you pack house shoes or socks if you're on the ground floor. I'm sure it was the aesthetic of the room but it's not something I enjoyed. I also wish the breakfast had a little more selection to eat but overall it was nice. I didn't try the coffee while we were there but the coffee bar looked and smelled great.

The breakfast was nice and the room was clean. Location was nice and during the summer it would be a pretty scenary.
