Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Saint Vincent & GrenadinesAn inner door needed a little maintenance work. The area had a lot of homeless people (not at the fault of the hotel, and I was not bothered or harassed, just sad to look at).
Breakfast had options which was appreciated. The surrounding neighborhood not much on the vision but it was in walking distance from great spots such as the Ferris wheel and park (Approx. 15 minute walk). Lots of eateries in the surrounding area. Biggest plus it was right next to the train station (across the road). The staff was very friendly.

United StatesOne of the vallet guys, the one without locs, had our vehicle smelling like weed and we did not like that. Knowing you're getting in and out of people's vehicles, he does need to be smelling like it causing our vehicles to smell like it. The other issue is the AC needs to fixed ASAP throughout the entire property. For what we paid for 5 nights there is no reason we should be trying to survive off fans for our room. They brought a fan to our room and we purchased 2 smaller fans for our nightstands. Invest in upgrades for the property.
Staff were great from Tamika at the front desk to the valley guy with locs. They both were engaging and personable and tried to keep us happy at all times.

United StatesUnfortunately it is surrounded my many homeless people. Valley parking is $55 a night. So instead, I parked in the parking garage on the other side of the pavilion. It smells strongly of urine and the walk to the hotel comes with getting you by groups of homeless men. I was walking along and had to walk with a stick because I got called out of my name for walking past them and not speaking. It’s very uncomfortable. What I did come back to the hotel to check out I didn’t have my key and the valet attendant took forever to come to the door and he was right there on his phone or something
It is convenient. Right downtown near everything

United StatesI’m really hot natured and the air conditioning was a little lacking and step by step instructions on where to park for check in would be nice when reservations are made.
It was beautiful piece of history in downtown Atlanta and the staff took care of the customers from the front desk to the valet. The rooms were large and clean with no issues. The value for the stay was great especially when you wrap the staff into the value of the facility.

United StatesThey charged a $55 deposit every day I stayed there. Then charged another $55 a day for parking. Before I left I had $200 in extra fees held on my card and never seen any of it back. I booked though booking.com and paid for my 2 nights and I know that most hotels charge a deposit for accidentals, but come on every day? I never even received the deposit back. They took that AND the parking fees. If I knew I would have to pay $500 for 2 nights in that hotel, I would have booked Reverb at the Hard Rock or something else. Definitely not good for the value.
The hotel itself is nice. Very clean and very pleasant.

United StatesThe beds were really bad. Very springy, not very comfortable, and you'd sink right into the box frame. 1 of the 2 seats in the room also was very uncomfortable. The location was kind of not great. Mostly there was a lot of people nearby outside the hotel who would harass or solicit me and my friends.
The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, very accommodating. One of the seats in the room was good, and the couch was decent enough. The price was very good compared to the other hotels in the area.
