Property was very nice and comfortable and clean. The problem was the pool. It was out of order on the Fourth of July. Might have stayed another night if it had been open. It looked fine to me.

The big problem was the $50 charge for bringing our dog. The listing said they were pet friendly, but no mention of an additional charge. We had no choice than to pay it since there was no where else we could go. Overall the facility if fine, but their pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

The garbage outside was not emptied for two days after telling the front desk several times and they said that they would take of it but did not. It is a poor reflection on the cleanliness of the hotel on the inside for new customers if the outside looks bad!

I didn’t like the check out time. For a studio, the room should be separated from the day bed. The breakfast was better Saturday than Sunday.There were more choices on Saturday. Looks like I was charged twice on my card. I booked through booking.com.

the thing i didn't like about the room was the room was humid for some reason we had to have the ac on like 60 degrees for the humidity to go away i don't know if it was just my room or what, but it was uncomfortable and unpleasant and there was nowhere to charge our phones the outlets next to the bed were taken and had to charge them across the room next to the tv

the thing i liked about the place was it was in a really good spot and the rooms were clean. the biggest thing for me was they had a lot of channels to watch on tv none of that 15 channels bs. there was like hundreds of channels not really much else though

We were staying there for a wedding, had the first 3 floors of the hotel booked. Only problem we encountered was the room keys constantly didn't work. We always had to go downstairs continually to get new keys

We specifically booked this hotel because it was shown to have a hot tub - something that is really needed by to soothe my disabled guy's knees at the end of a busy day out. When we arrived we discovered that the hot tub shown no longer exists. The pool is heated, but not warm enough to help here. The next issue came when we went to leave after settling into our room and discovered that the elevator that we had used on our way to our third floor room was malfunctioning and couldn't be called from the third floor. There was a sign directing us to use the stairs - not normally a big problem, but difficult for someone with bad knees. This was NOT mentioned to us at check in so that we could opt for a room on a floor that had a functional elevator call system.

The location was fantastic, staff was friendly and accommodating and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast smelled great, but we chose to go out to breakfast.
