Loud traffic noise and the two treadmill exercise room were in ill repair with ripped walking platform belts. Kind of an easy fix and neck for safety

High five to Paula Powell and her entire guest services team!! They were friendly, professional and helpful. The location was very convient to other businesses, especially local drug stores. We were very thankful for the 24 hour available tea/coffee table in the lobby area. We will recommend this location to others.

I have a good experience with my stay at the Fairfield hotel. I hope that in the future they may include grits in their breakfast menu.

Had a less than ideal experience the last visit. I left my kindle accidentally. The staff called me but I was too far on my trip home to turn around. They took my credit card and said they would overnight it to me (at my expense). After more than a week without receiving it i called. Was told they were far too busy to "bother" with it yet. I had a friend that was. Leaving tallahssee for Clearwater. I had her pick it up for me. It wasn't the front desk but a member of management.

No issues with the property but apparently it has thin walls. We had a sound machine that plays lullaby music that we brought with us to drown out noises from outside our room to help our toddler sleep. The neighboring room heard “sound” well enough to bang on our wall and adjoining door multiple times before we were able to track down the reason (thankfully not completely waking him). At first we thought it was teens goofing off. With it being spring break and the fact that we had a toddler in our room, you would think they would be more strategic about placing people on business trips in rooms with connecting rooms to toddlers. We turned it down skeptically since it was already so quiet we could still hear all the footsteps going down the hall but luckily our little didn’t seem to notice.

Love the convenience of parking, the size of the room and the fact there is an indoor pool. Check in and check out was easy, the mini fridge and microwave in the room was a huge help with our toddler.

Everything was Great especially the Staff and my room was soooo clean and I was park at the side entrance in handicap parking! Breakfast was very nice!! Would be booking again real soon and I do recommend to others!!!!😄

Walls are very thin, tv and remote dates so was hard to operate. Not enough towels in the room to match the number of people staying and when asking housekeeping for a towel I had to over explain why I needed one.

Reception and front of house staff are wonderful, Ashley and Paula especially who I interacted with were very welcoming and helpful. Main facilities are nice and ample parking at the hotel too. Great location surrounded by so many different places to eat.

The furnishings. This is a “corporate-level standard” problem I’m talking about. Your furnishings are the same at Choice hotels. Those rooms are half of your price. Very sad.

The front desk staff were awesome, friendly, and accommodating. The lobby and breakfast were in order and what you expect. This is like a Hampton Inn by Hilton, but Marriott’s version. It looks and feels that way. Until you get to your room. Nothing the hotel could/should/would do. This is a corporate level issue

no wifi. asked front desk, they told me I could buy an upgrade. wrote a review on Google. General Manager responded that I could join club for free. Then why didn't your staff say so at check in, and why would I buy an upgrade if I could get it for free. $ money grab

I did request rooms to be near each other. On the phone, she gave me room numbers and when we got there, the rooms weren't ready (we were on time, not early). They finally found us rooms close to each other.
