How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bed was not comfortable and didn’t care for the non slip mat in the shower.
Location is great; breakfast was decent. Liked the mini bottles of water. Room size was perfect for what we needed.

The computer system was down upon check in and not back up at checkout so couldn’t get my Marriott rewards.

Location and access to areas in Jupiter. Quick in and out as well. Facilities safe and maintained well. Nothing really to brag about, just fair value for one nights rest.

The rooms are a bit small. Our room smelled dirty/moldy everytime we walked in.

Couldn't get a second office chair for room so that two of us could sit at table and use individual laptops. TV didn't have Fox Business Channel.
Liked that Donald (handyman) repaired (next day) clothes rack that came out of wall and fell to floor when we hung clothes/garment bags on it on first night. No problems after his repair. Location is great with easy highway access as well as shops/stores/dining very close by. TV had NFL network!

The bed was not comfortable. The fitted sheet would not stay on. The bed was on some type of platform that was only in the middle. If you sat on one side of the bed it leaned like it was going to tip over. They have a small market for in-house purchases. While I expected the prices to be higher than normal, they are exorbitant.
The location was perfect. It's right by the interstate. It's near a variety of stores and restaurants. It's 15min from the beach.

the breakfast had almost no healthy options and everything was served on single-use plastic/paper plates, cups and cutlery. The coffee maker in the room was also using a lot of single-use plastics and paper cups. The gym wasn't very well equipped with only very light and very heavy weights. It said on booking.com that an activity was bike rental, but bike rental was not available when i arrived on the weekend and during the week my work hours overlapped with the opening times. The internet was OK for basic things such as email, but not sufficient for e.g. watching youtube videos.
The pool was great. The location was also very convenient. The fridge was nice too, although having it on made it very loud in the room at night. It was great to have air conditioning that could be controlled (and switched off) by the guest directly.

Breakfast had no eggs.. gravy with no biscuits.. no fresh fruit. It's not a good breakfast at all. In the downstairs hallway where my room was is where they parked all the cleaning carts, would never stay there again.

1st room smelled like urine and mildew. 2nd room they moved us into- had no hot water to bathe- 3rd room they moved us into- hot water took 45 minutes to become available. Hotel is old and requires a complete overhaul or replacement. Breakfast was mediocre at best, no fresh fruit or healthy food options, no coffee creamer - simply a carafe of milk with a paper napkin over top- very dirty breakfast area. I would not recommend this hotel for any traveler.
