How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had a very nice stay at this location. The room was very cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was greeted by Cole and he was absolutely amazing. Cole provided outstanding customer service and he was just overall GREAT! Will definitely stay again

There were too few channels on the TV.
Loved the breakfast and that it was included; a lot of places don't do that anymore. Also the staff was phenomenal; always helpful and kind!! Also liked that it was located within 30 minutes of the venue I was attending.

Flew to Dallas for the weekend and so happy I booked with Fairfield Inn DFW/Coppell. Place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Room was very clean, all amenities were working and location was quiet (even if it is by the highway). The hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. What a hidden gem!

We loved everything about it! Wish we could have stayed longer.
It was quiet, accommodating, clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it! Staff was so nice and welcoming.

Breakfast was a bit light - no cheese options, no pancakes, only one waffle machine so there was always a line.
The location was really good. Very close to Grapevine Mall, it's within 5 minutes to the Gaylord and also to various food, shopping and experiences. Clean rooms, spacious, have a mini fridge and a microwave in the room.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice, especially the young lady working the front desk night shift Dec 9-12. Breakfast area was clean, and a decent variety of food. Very good, convenient location near the Samaritan's Purse processing center.

Really not a problem, but I felt like the room was a little small, but I also had 3 kids I was tripping over. It was a short stay, so we managed.
The staff was so friendly and everything was so clean. My kids and I used the indoor pool, which was perfect for a November stay. The whole facility was so clean, from the lobby to the rooms. I'm always anxious to take my kids to hotels, but the rooms were so clean, I had no worries! The breakfast was really good too. There were a lot of options for food.

If you have children ask for a room far away from street entrances or ice machines, since they are noisy when using.
Everything is brand new and clean. The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet was very complete and delicious. 5 minutes away from Grapevine Mills and an amazing variety of activities for the whole family.

Needs a little larger closet space and where there is a microwave and fridge in the room need paper towels. Didn’t like having to use tissues or towels when eating.

There was no Water or any body lotion in the room at all, it was strange that i was asked to pay for water. then i was told that if u have bonvoy account then it would be free
