The breakfast was just average. Not large selection. The "fresh" orange juice seemed frozen instead. Although free Wi-Fi came with my room reservation, I was unable to connect to it at all during my 3-day stay. The front desk directed me to call their technical consultant, who was unable to help. This was a major disappointment.

My king suite room was spacious, comfortable, and clean with good lighting. The staff was very friendly. And the location was very convenient.

Woken up at 0238 by phone call where nobody spoke and in a few minutes later a staff showing up by knocking at the door at 0243 to ask for a previously issued emergency security key card provided on my check-in day for a two night stay. On my consequent day after I had checked with the front desk I was assured by another representative that I could keep the key until the day and hour of my departure. This was an only extreme unexpected experience during my stay.

Breakfast was good by the mere fact it was slightly different from one day to aanother.

Would've loved some bacon and cheese with breakfast 😋. Phone system needs replacement ( to much static) Can't hear and understand the clerk. Leaks water bad around shower glass and it's door off kilter.

Welcomed inside the door. Clean room/facilitie. Great people 👏 The Lady in the Kitchen was friendly . Will tell family and friends to stay there.

The shower that was in the room was not sealed. Water goes everywhere when taking a shower. Outside, you stepping in puddles of water. Room 203 and 210 is that way. Room 210 is worse. It was reported to the front desk. But 210 wasn't fixed.

The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The room was very spacious.

Beds weren’t the best but good enough for 1 night. Facility was run down and 1 elevator out of order. The pool was also closed and green!

Visible wear and tear. Some peeling wallpaper in 307. Faucet leaked onto the counter. Vanity light didn’t always turn on. Scuff marks on the wall paint. Visible wear on the furniture.

Room key did not work after first arrived to hotel. There is something wrong with the locking mechanism. Had to get reception to come 3 times to let us into the room before check out. Very irritating. Heavy odor of bleach as we walked into the room to the point it burned my eyes. Luckily, I am a Scentsy consultant and had a product to eliminate the bleach odor with a Scentsy Go. Would have been nice to have a wall dispenser of hand soap as Holiday Inn Express uses,

Breakfast was good as they had hot and cold choices. Bed was comfortable, nice dispensers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash on shower wall. Bath towels were longer than most hotel chains.

The hallway to our room smelled like weed. The A/C was squeaking when blowing. The bed was not comfortable. I dealt with all of that pretty good, but the breakfast was the most disappointing. The waffle maker needs to be replaced, it does not thoroughly cook them, and they stick no matter how much non-stick spray you use.

The room was super quiet, it was easy to get a good night sleep. The room is spacious (we had a king suite with pullout sofa bed for 4 of us). The front desk was helpful and the location was conveniently right off the freeway.

For the price, it was not as clean as I expected. The elevators were wiped down, but not sparkling. The shower had one of shampoos that should be attached off the wall with its bracket on the floor, the shower floor needed a real scrubbing. There was a bag of dirty towels and sheets in the hall at 6:00 PM. It was comfortable and clean enough.
