The room was not cleaned & made for a day. Even the towels weren’t changed. Upon requesting for fresh towels, we were asked to pick them up from the reception. The next day only the bed was made but the room wasn’t cleaned. Didn’t expect this from a Marriott property.

The breakfast didn't have that many options, and many days, the porridge would run out. There were no vegetables at breakfast. We were mistakenly charged for parking when we hadn't booked any parking or used a car, and it took a few days for that to be reverted, which was frustrating. The hotel wasn't the best cleaning wise. Our bedsheets were not changed, and the staff didn't seem to clean the room, but they did clean the bathroom a bit.

The location is good, 10-15 min walk to public transport and to prospect park. The rooftop terrace of the hotel was a great plus. The staff were friendly. The sound insulation is pretty good.

1. We got our apartment on the ground floor and one day when we came back to our room, the window was opened, the cleaning service didn’t close it what was literally scary considering that we had all our electronics, laptops, cameras etc inside… we reported the issue, but what we heard back was only “sorry” 2. Bad communication with the reception, the guy was really nice, helpful and welcoming, but the lady who made a checkout to us was arrogant and had a problem with writing us an invoice 3. The cleaning service was not coming everyday, towels were also changed every couple of days. Sometimes the cleaning service was only taking out the trash and wouldn’t make up a bed even though we asked for it

Good location, quality of the room and nice breakfasts. The rooftop was a big plus too!

Only complaint was the location of the air conditioner directly across from the bed at bed height. It blew cold air directly on us. We couldn’t adjust the temperature to a comfortable level and felt cold all night.

Location and parking lot were a big plus. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the roof top, it’s a great space to relax and take in the views.

The room was extremely small. Hard to maneuver around without bumping or stubbing my toe. Bathroom was the same way. No area to put my shower products but on the floor along with bathroom sink. Tiny tiny rooms.

I liked that the staff tried to get me into a room for an early check in which they did and I was able to check in about an hour prior to the normal check in at 3:00. I loved the location and would stay here again just for the location. The breakfast was a very nice touch.

The breakfast options could have been a bit better (a greater array of healthy options, and more cooked options for vegetarians would have been nice). But it was still good to have breakfast included in the price.

The location was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. It was a fairly short walk to the subway and to lovely cafes and restaurants. The area felt safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The location good for my personal needs near family. However there is construction next door going on day and night during the week. Either that or sirens at night. Neither of which made a good nights sleep.

Was staying there because I was going to a concert at barclays The hotel was within walking distance which was so convenient. I loved being able to walk to and from. Felt safe in the hotel/area where hotel was located. Really appreciated the free breakfast. Breakfast featured a variety of food and drink, all was fresh. Staff were very pleasant and friendly, were helpful and knowledgeable as well.

The same room would be cramped and less comfortable for a couple. The location is very close to the train station, but as a tourist, there isn't much to see in the area (within a 30-minute walking distance). For Orthodox Jews, this isn't a convenient area regarding Shabbat. Despite all this, I'm very satisfied and it was a bargain. Great value for money."

"The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The single room was comfortable and excellent, clean, and daily housekeeping service was offered. The bathroom had all necessary toiletries. The room included a small fridge and all important amenities. On departure day, they allowed me to store my luggage until evening and were very helpful (I had a night flight). There's also a nice breakfast.

The bathroom was very clean, but a bit too basic as far as amenities. There was no shelf in the shower, As a woman, I use a razor in the shower and bring my own products. I had to put them on the floor of the shower. A hook right outside the shower door where a towel can be hung to use when exiting the shower instead of if havine to walk completely out of the shower while wet could add to comfort and reduce the risk of falls, No refrigerator in the room. We paid $40 to park in the hotel's own parking lot, which was surprising. These things are mostly just improvements, not complaints. As noted above it was very clean and staff was polite. The basic were very good, but a few small weeks could make it an exceptional hotel.

Overall the hotel was nice, clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I did not like that while I was staying at the hotel, my room key stopped working which took up some of my very limited time to enjoy my stay.

The rooms were beautifully designed and incredibly spacious. The hotel has an amazing rooftop and as smoker this addition to the hotel was pretty cool, being that it is freezing cold outside now.
