Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was very nice! I absolutely love the bed and I wished I had one at my house! Lol. The staff was also very attentive when I told them that somebody was smoking in their room. However, then I began getting two different phone calls or someone was calling me and wouldn’t talk and then would hang up on me. Uh!

United StatesThis time for whatever reason, the air conditioning was not working in the hallways leading to the elevators. It was very warm and humid in the hallways. Other than that everything was great.
Clean, comfortable and peaceful. We especially love Ms. Parsons, the lady that is in charge of hosting the morning breakfast. She brings so much joy and happiness to your hotel.

United StatesWell.....it isn't BAD, per say... but I did take a photo of our rooms "art" because it was the blandest room "art" I have ever or, probably ever will, see. The black Alphabet letters, on white background and framed horizontal color streaks. Someone in your office is very frightened by creative expression. I sent the photo to family and friends and everyone had a good laugh. :)
We stayed at two other hotels, Days Inn and Quality and The fairfield had the best continental breakfast. Best coffee, best choices. Natalia, the Manager, went above and beyond in her hospitality, accomodating us after I made a mistake in my booking. She made an executive decision based on reason and kindness, after she wisely asked appropriate questions that helped us tremendously. I appreciate her flexibility and understanding. I found comfort in her humanity. In a world where it often feels like people no longer think logically for themselves it was refreshing to do business with a person who behaved in such a Real World way. It was obvious she cares about others and the facility. She is a shining representative of Fairfield Inn. Fairfield would be wise to encourage her to share her customer service skills with other staff. Our experience was elevated because of her hospitality skills. I also loved the Kohler shower. Classy!
