Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn’t like that the room had an unpleasant smell, and the sheet had a rip in it, signs that the cleaning team may have overlooked some details. However, when I brought it up, housekeeping was responsive and polite, and they quickly addressed the issues.
I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the convenience of easy parking, with a door facing the lot that made access simple and hassle-free. The team was also wonderful—friendly and professional throughout.

The room wasn't ready when I arrived, but the lobby area provided a nice place to work with good WiFi connection and speed.
Extremely clean and comfortable room/bed. The breakfast was also very nice and the cucumber water that is freely available at reception was outstanding! Great WiFi speeds as well!

No remote control for the TV in the room and when I asked for one from the front clerk she didn't have any spare one to give. There was no iron either. The staff at breakfast in the morning was very nice and helpful.

There was some mix up with housekeeping during our 3 night stay, resulting in us having to wait in the lobby about 40 minutes for our room to be cleaned upon returning from the beach. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating, and did what they could to make it right. One housekeeping member was rude when my husband asked if our room was to be cleaned that day. The bed pillows were small and too soft.
The facility smelled fresh throughout. The room was modern, clean and well thought out. The shower was spacious with great water pressure.

Its location is clean and nice, surrounded by green space and birds but not really close to the beach, supermarkets etc.

I do wish the hotel had balcony.
I love the location of the hotel. It is right off Interstate 95 and close to so many dining places. I truly love how our studio had two televisions. So while I was watching my dramas, my other guest was watching whatever they had interests in watching. The room was very spacious and gave a nice view of the street and small lake near.

Facility is average, for the price it’s average as far as what you are getting
This hotel gets a better grade only because it is much cheaper than surrounding Boca Raton. It gives you what you need, clean comforts and good customer service. In a different area where other hotels are similar in location this hotel needs to step it up.

The cleaning lady knocked door at 9 AM. should not be knocking door so early when check out time is at 11 AM. Wait until we check out.
