Bathroom was quite small but manageable. The bed was comfortable but not great. We were given a handicap accessible room that we had not asked for, but we made a last-minute reservation and were happy to have found this hotel.

Specifically reserved room for using the pool-unfortunately it wasn’t operational. Nice that arrangements were made to use another hotel’s pool, but at 10 degrees it was too cold to go from pool to car etc. so only used the pool one time during our stay :(

Got there at 4:30 and room was not ready yet. Not a big deal, but they may have some staffing issues. The room was clean, however, so housekeeping did a good job.

My complaint was the hot foods were not replenished including the coffee. Another complaint would be you have to step down getting out of the shower stall. It caught me off guard stepping out. Almost fell into the counter. I’ve never encountered a shower like that. Usually they are level with the floor.

The room was clean. The sausage and egg omelette was good. What would have made it better was having biscuits and gravy.

They only need to put a sign that, in front of the two chargers, parking is only allowed for vehicles when charging. This would avoid the fact that EVs cannot charge because that spot is occupied just as a parking spot.

The staff is always helping you to feel comfortable. One very important point for me is that they have EV chargers.

The front door was broken,so it was kept open. It was 16°outside. The doorway was all slush and very slippery

I booked 2 queen beds but they only had a room with a king. The elevator was not in service and no signs indicating so on the ground floor. We had to go up and down the stairway to the 3rd floor. With luggage.

It is outdated comparative to other properties. I stayed in 2 two-star hotels in New York State that were far superior given the price and that the Fairfield by Marriott is a 3 star hotel - it was not on par with the others.

The location was convenient to my needs and it is close to a Wendy’s and Tim Hortons. WiFi was good and the staff were all excellent. It was clean.

Housekeeping was of variable quality. You usually had to ask at the reception. This is an unfortunate post-COVID practice. Many hotels significantly increased their prices but pretending they are understaffed they do not do housekeeping everyday. If the salary of the staff was higher I suppose they would not be understaffed anymore and could receive their clients under much better conditions. Platforms like Booking.com you start including the issue of housekeeping as one of the evaluation criteria.

Reception staff always ready to help.Did not have breakfast on site, can't comment. Location as expected (I knew the area). You definitely need a car if you plan to stay there.

The bathroom was tiny ... could barely swing the door past the front of the toilet, and then it covered the entrance into the shower. The room and hotel felt a little damp, perhaps because it was hot and humid during our visit.

Our room was very large ... much larger than some other rooms based on the schematic on the inside of the room's door. Breakfast had fantastic muffins. The other breakfast options were fine … eggs, waffles, more eggs, sausage/bacon, bagels, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, etc. Location is near the interstate and thruway and about 10 minutes from downtown.
