For some reason the hotel was pretty humid in the lobby area and the breakfast area and the hallways.

All the staff was very nice down to the person serving breakfast. Also, the room was very clean.

No hot water. Got a call that morning that the water heater was out, and it wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. We could cancel, or stay anyway , and get a discount. We stayed. Not a really big problem. Worked around it. 4

Overall, there wasn't anything that stood out as being unsatisfactory. The room was clean and pleasantly furnished and the the beds were comfortable. If anything could use improvement is the coffee selection in the breakfast buffet section..

Breakfast could use some improvement in terms of food selections, but was overall decent. The coffee definitely needs improvement and was very week and lacked flavor.

The pool area wasn't kept well. I've come to Arizona for years and stayed in hotels and this by far had the dirtiest pool area and worst food ever. The continental breakfast was not good at all. The eggs, sausage, waffles and French toast were pretty bad. Those especially were so bad tasting I spit them out or just took a couple of bites and left the rest.

The price was decent. Clean sheets, good room temperature. Evening front desk employees more friendly than the daytime employees.

Please extend the breakfast time to the same as checkout time. If you get in late and you’re sick then you sleep in a bit later, and really need food. When I checked in the night before, the lady was very impersonal and robotic. Just not friendly. I understand that she must hear a lot of garbage from people who are disrespectful to her. However I’m not one of those people. A little bit of friendliness will go a very long way.All things considered it was a good stay, in spite of the unfriendliness. The refrigerator freezer was way too small and did not get cold enough.

I just ate the scrambled eggs and they were okay. I had a cold and so I didn’t make the breakfast time. However, as I was eating eggs, I asked the cleanup lady if there was salt, and she got very angry with me and said the breakfast was closed. I was suffering from illness. I didn’t need a scolding. She could have been a lot nicer. She had a nasty mood. I was very glad that I got to eat some thing.

Our toilet wasn't functioning the first night but was fixed the next day. There was no fruit at the breakfast. We weren't notified of the Wi-fi password changing.

Staff was friendly. Floors in the room were nice quality. Breakfast was a good value. Workout room was decent.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

I could see it had been renovated in the last 5 years or so. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff I encountered was very nice. The location was fantastic right off the interstate with restaurants and shops all around.
