How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

If you truly want to know what the beds were like the frames are cheap as far as the bed itself and pillows they were great but every time anybody was moving or walking they hit the bottom part which was metal and it echoed throughout the room kind of a dumb frame idea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful breakfast was great but cleanliness I would say the whole hotel needs to be updated who puts gray **** an inch wide around a bathtub and slaps it around all over the baseboard? Also dust and garbage between the wall and the sink gap. I can see the hotel was nice at one time but it definitely needs to be updated.
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly breakfast was delicious. Staff said the owners of the hotel are extremely nice and easy to work with. That's nice to know.

The bed was too firm for our liking. Not terrible just a bit too much. Either way it was fine for our needs. The tub creaked a bit too much. I'm just under 200 lbs.
The breakfast was Solid!. Very nice. Pool was convenient and available. AC was in overdrive.

The smell, smells old :)

I was not crazy about the breakfast. The biscuits were hard as a rock, and there was only one left on the second day. Some of the eggs were dry like they had been sitting for a while and not stirred. There was no one attending the breakfast keeping it stopped when we were there. I think it could be a little bit better.
It was very clean and well capped. The only thing that worried us was the elevator with jerk a lot, and one of the panels was coming off in the elevator.

Bathroom had old used washcloth under sink when we first walked in had bad smell air conditioner leaked on the floor so stepped in water. Didn't like that we arrived little after midnight an our check out time was still 11am had to pay $20 an hour just to stay after 11am

There were kids running around until late, but I don't blame the hotel staff for that. The elevator was a little bit jerky. There were minor cleaning issues. Toilet paper wasn't on a dispenser.
The staff were wonderful! The beds were very comfortable. We liked the mini fridge, the little coffee maker, and my son liked the television. It's decorated pleasantly. There was plenty of room for the two of us. I would definitely stay again!

The AC wasn’t on when we arrived and it took a while to cool the room. It would have been nice if housekeeping would come daily to take the trash out. Reason being we had a baby and the trash got full quick with diapers. There was only two sets of towels when there was three of us. The breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were watery. Other than that the stay was good.
The location. It was also quiet.

The tile flooring in the bathroom area of our room was uneven (not hazardous but not appealing). Room showed some signs of needing updated. Small holes in curtain, some slightly pealing wallpaper (bathroom).
Breakfast was good. Staff was there to replentish and answer questions. Loved having a microwave and minifrig in the room.

Property was filthy. Room could use a good deep clean for sure. Could hear people upstairs and beside the room walking and talking. Will say the breakfast at the property wasn’t too bad. Overall it was an okay stay. Just too pricey for what it is.
Location was good. Close by restaurants in walking distance.

The main door has to be unlocked by the front desk which was kind of annoying. But not that big of a deal
