Hotel was great....but, discovered that Lake Oswego is NOT a destination location. It's a very affluent neighborhood with very little to do for visitors except shop or eat. Little/no access to the lake and no drive around the lake. No historic downtown, very little activities, NO Visitor Center (except at the Morman Church.....🤪....which had nothing to do with Lake Oswego.....)

Night crew a little crusty. We asked to play games somewhere like dining room they flat out said no. We don't drink, party loud. It didn't matter. We've never been to a hotel that had tables but we're never aloud to use them. That's pretty bad. Also Sunday morning we left the room and purposely put the do not disturb sigh on the floor and also told the front desk we wanted room service! She said yeh they were planning on it. (As we had gone 2 days without room service or clean towels ) We got back Sunday night wanted to take a hot shower and sleep in clean sheets and our room wasn't touched! Sign was still on the floor. My husband went to ask why our room hadn't been serviced and she said they couldn't because there was a do not disturb sign on the door. Obviously we not only left it on the floor but when we came back it was still on the floor. Which doesn't make sense at all. She argued with my husband which he felt she was calling him a liar. She finally gave us some clean towels but we felt like for what we paid that wasn't cool. We are very familiar with the Marriott company and we know Mr. Marriott would be disappointed. Sorry, unless things changed, wouldn't stay here at this location again.

Sofa bed mattress/springs were too soft, not much support when sleeping, not very comfortable.

Great location right off of the freeway. Super friendly staff. Nice selection for breakfast. Beds were nice and firm. Ample parking.

I liked everything about my stay. My room was very big, clean , and comfortable. The location was great as we had a family wedding taking place close by! Breakfast was good! I enjoyed visiting with the check in person each day!

The bed was a little bit hard. I also noticed that when I ran baths, the water was cloudy and looked almost dirty.

It's located in an office park area and there are not a lot amenities on site. It was just fine for a traveling soccer team that needed a place to stay.

The staff were great - very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast. Easy parking. Close to lots of restaurants including Mcmenamins and Starbucks to choose from. Had a pool and exercise room.

There is construction work going on for a new portico and that was a bit noisy and made finding the front door a little confusing.

The breakfast was good with several selections. The coffee was also good.

The beds are a bit worn. Very soft. We were in 006. When you sat on the edge of the bed, you sank way down. Pillows were nice. The "garden level" had some exterior lighting which was very bright. We had to shut all the curtains at night to keep the light out. That made it a bit "cave like" in the morning which I did not enjoy.

The location was nice. Near to our friends and close to the freeway if needed. Lots of restaurants within easy driving distance. Breakfast was good. I even liked the cheese omelettes. Enjoyed the plain yogurt that you could add to. Price was fair. Enjoyed free parking and the included breakfast.

15 minutes before the end of breakfast time there was no coffee and no food and a ride male staff member. Second morning of breakfast no coffee without walking out to the front door and no yogurt and harried staff.

Easy to find, comfortable beds, clean. While many of the front desk personnel never smiled or greeted us, Amanda on the evening shift at the front day was a delightful ray of light. She had a big welcoming smile, was very friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. I wish everyone could have been like her.
