United StatesThe wallpaper was peeling and the walls were dirty. The bathroom counter was so dusty you could see where we placed things. The sofa was caved in and the cushions didn't fit. This is our third stay, it'd be nice to see the staff not on their cellphones. Also, maybe have the motorcycles actually park in spaces instead of directly in front of the doors. There's no butler for cigarettes either.
The staff were pleasant at greeting and checkout.

United StatesThe hotel seems it is updating which is great. Our room was comfortable but the bathroom needed some new caulk where tub meets floor and walls looked like they were dingy in areas. A little disappointed in my rooms appearance but the hotel had a nice appearance in lobby and elsewhere. I expected more out of my room since this is a Marriott hotel.
The location was great. The breakfast choices were good.

The bananas were all brown and over ripe and the only other fruit was fruit cocktail in a small dish. Fresh fruits would be better.
